There's a huge developmental range that's normal. I wouldn't be worried yet (or soon) but it might make sense to talk to pedi at the next well-child appt so you know what would be considered a red flag. I find knowing when to worry reassuring.
I'm not saying this is 100% true but just to ease your mind, a lot of times girls tend to do the fine motor stuff and social stuff earlier and boys do the gross motor stuff earlier. J and my niece are exactly 2 weeks apart and she was talking way earlier than him and he was crawling then walking way before her. Like he walked at 11 months and she was still army crawling or just laying around like a blob.

Don't worry! My advice is worry if your pedi is worried. And don't compare to others - I know it's hard when we are here talking about our babies, but we hear all about the early bloomers and not about the late bloomers.
DD2 has only rolled tummy to back and can sit in her high chair, but not totally unassisted yet. She will be 6 months on the 1st. I'm not worried at this point - I think she doesn't roll because she still hates to be on her tummy and she is getting stronger every day toward sitting, just not there yet.
To echo PPs, a lot of times girls are slower with the gross motor stuff. DD1 could say sentences by the time she was 1 yr. old, but didn't walk until 14 months. I would talk about it with your pedi at your 6 months appointment just so you know what to watch for, but at this point I would say don't be concerned at all.
Its so true what mandapanda1382 said. I always compare lo to the others. I asked a lot of questions about disabilities when we were interviewing pedis to make sure I thought theyd pick up on things. Im sure they are all checking for developmental milestones and talking to the dr might help reassure you
My LO rolls back to tummy to her left side only (we joke that she's like Zoolander, she has one direction she can't turn.) She only sits when we're supporting her. She doesn't do baby push-ups; she seems to forget about her arms when she's on her tummy. She's less than a week younger than your LO, but that's still plenty of time for some of that stuff to change. She started her little bit of rolling one day and had it mastered the next day, after not even trying it much before that.
Basically I'm just saying I can empathize with you!
My LO was just like yours and all of w sudden in 1 weeks time pulled all of these new trucks out of her hat. I wouldn't worry at all. Your ped will let you know and you can ask them when you should be worried the next time you see just for your sanity. But yeah it's hard to not compare especially when it's so exciting when they start doing things. But yes, some are more advanced socially rather than physically and vice versa. There's a pretty broad spectrum on when they develop new skills and it's all "normal". But I totally hear ya about being concerned or just waiting her to be doing more :/

My DD has rolled back to tummy three times. She did this about 3-4 weeks ago and not since. She can't sit yet without my help and she's not even close to crawling. She's just 5 months today so she's a little younger than your LO but just know that you are not alone! I have to keep reminding myself that all babies are different.
I wouldn't worry too much. DD1 did everything so late but then when she did it, it happened all at once. She didn't start crawling until after 1 but then she only crawled for about a week before she started walking. As long as you and your pedi are comfortable!
DD2 will only roll back to belly. She wont go the other way. I wouldn't worry yet.
Haha mine will only go belly to back. I know she CAN do back to belly because she's almost done it so many times and then it's like she realizes and hates being on her belly so something in her brain screams "ABORT" and she goes back to her back.

Our LO can only go from belly to back. She's almost at the point where she can do back to belly, but just when she's about to, she flings in the other direction lol Every baby is different, and I agree with what has been said above - only worry if your pedi is worried!

I freaked out around 2 months and found the whole range of these videos extremely helpful in eliminating the freakout. While ROM didn't do everything for a "typical" 2 month old (and we were told to expect him to be delayed for a little bit because of his hips), he was nowhere near the a-typical baby, and did enough to calm my fears. www.youtube.com/watch?v=sUO6baJ0FcA
