I am really having a hard time. If I go any more than 3 hours without eating I get very bad nausea. ...or if I don't eat the right thing. (Meaning combo of fat, protein, carbs) sometimes it is just there anyway. I am for sure not pregnant it is like low blood sugar nausea and goes away in a little while after eating. I had really gotten a hold of my diet and have been making much better choices...and it seems worse also, LO has been eating more at night which has made it worse. I am drinking lots of water...does not seem related to that. Higher fat and sugar choices are what help the most but I am trying to avoid that. Any suggestions?
It sounds like your overall calorie input has decreased while your output is increasing. Also those high fat sugar foods are higher in sugar. Maybe you are experiencing sugar lows and your body needs you to eat more often to make up for your bf

Oddly, my breastfeeding nausea went away when I started zoloft. I think it was due to my hormones being out of control. Sorry you are still dealing with this! I don't have any advice, but good luck.
I say try not to worry too much about your diet the way you normally would. Just try to choose good fats & sugars, like fruit, avocados, nuts, whole milk yogurt, etc. Your body needs those calories! I don't generally get nauseous but I'm hungry way more often than usual, so I don't go long without eating. Just try to stay ahead of it by eating something small every 2 or 2 1/2 hours maybe?

I am the same way! It is such a horrible feeling. It will hit me out of no where and became really concerning because I felt faint. My doctor just said to keep snacking through the day. I keep a bag of almonds at my desk and other snacks just in case. I'm sorry you are going through this. Hopefully it doesn't continue much longer because it is no fun.

I get this plus the shakes and light headed if I do not eat every couple hours. I try to make sure to balance the sugar, fiber, and protein. I eat a lot of granola and breakfast bars because they are quick and easy to grab.
