I'll try to keep this short since I tend to be long winded.
I started a new job on July 6th, I was told I would get at least (2) 12 hour shifts per week. The people I've been training with said it's BS, 1 girl didn't work for 7 weeks after training. I'm believing my trainers since though I was scheduled for 3 shifts last week I worked 1 full shift, was sent home after 6 hours the second day, and worked 3 hours on my last day.
So I need to look for a 2nd job because these hours aren't going to even pay for mine and DS's health insurance.
My question is: Would you tell prospective employers that you're pregnant or wait till after your hired?
It feels dishonest, but I'm afraid I'll get passed over if I admit it.
tl;dr I need more money and I'm afraid I won't get hired if they know I'm pregnant.

ellewills618 thanks, I found 6 positions open locally and my uncle said there's openings at the long term facility he works at. I think my odds are good I'll get one of them. I hope!
Yup, definitely don't need to disclose that now - especially since you're so early. You aren't really telling anyone yet, so don't feel badly about it. Good luck!

I wouldn't tell. I know they can't discriminate against you just because you're pregnant but they may use a more fine tooth comb on your resume/interview to find a different reason. I know if feels deceitful but I wouldn't trust an employer that you don't even know to "make the right choice" and hire the pregnant lady.
I was trying to get a small part-time job (it doesn't make sense for me to work during the day as daycare costs more than about any job I'd be qualified for) and unexpectedly found out we were pregnant between the first and second interviews. I withdrew my application and told them why, I sincerely didn't think I could do the job pregnant. But if I had still wanted the job I would have never mentioned it until after I was hired/trained.
I interviewed for a job at 20+ weeks, maybe even 25ish, and I did everything I could to hide my bump with careful dressing and body positions. I waited until the second she put the job offer in writing and then I was like, "Let's talk about maternity leave."
