I've had to cancel any gym plans for this week and I'm feeling it. I just can't shake this cold-flu-infection, and my chest is really struggling just normal activities.
I've premade dinner for tonight so I won't resort to "fuck it, let's order take out". But seriously. Pizza sounds amazeballs.

Once I'm healthy again I plan to continue my 2 days of Zumba, 2 days of weights/cardio, and 2 days of walking (beach, botanical garden circuit).
I want to get back into some yoga and our local place is starting her new prenatal class soon.
I'm on a high protein meal plan, and follow 1600cal a day using 40-35-25 ratio of protein-fats-carbs. But this is still out the window as carbs are the only thing I'm not tossing up daily. My nutritionist is working with me so I stay on track as I gained heaps with DS and it caused some major issues.

I started back on my Whole 30/Paleo plan on Monday. Although I'm modifying a bit, adding in so lite dairy to make sure calcium and such is covered. If I eat good I'll have no problems, but damn it, pizza and cake sound amazing right now.

lilmonk Zumba is my jam!!! Pretty much the only way you can get me to do cardio. But our last class was Monday, and won't resume until November
I NEED to get healthier. I'm not overweight but I am very out of shape. I can't run for shit, and I'm not as strong as I used to be. I want to be fit for labor because I know it will be a marathon.

Good morning everyone! DD and I are going on a 2m walk around the neighborhood and then heading to the gym for a strength training class. I'm a SAHM and the key to my sanity is gym daycare. It's a win win, socializing for both of us.
I'm trying to stay on track with eating... However I do believe that the calories I used to allot for wine will slowly become used for desserts. FX I can hold off a while until the sweet tooth really kicks in.
Walking between 1-3 miles a day but I'm getting exhausted. DD spends some with Daniel Tiger in the morning so I can keep laying down. My body aches. Eating is good, I hink healthy just maybe more than I normally eat.
I'm actually feeling really good, so I've been running daily and lifting 3 times a week. I actually have to keep reminding myself not to push it running up hills, or in general on hot days.
On the other hand, all the progress I'd made this spring on cleaning up my diet has gone out the window. I eat tons of fruits and veggies, and I'm replacing my daily diet soda with seltzer. But I also had swedish fish for breakfast, so... I need to channel my willpower from my first pregnancy.

Good morning everyone! DD and I are up and ready to kick today's butt... Body flow yoga in the am and then a lunch date at Panera. I love going there because they are upfront with their calories and you can talk sense into yourself before ordering!
