I'm guessing we should make this a Monday thing, after we all inevitably ruined our diets over the weekend.
I need some serious accountability here, because I tried on my BM dress today and hated what I saw. I'm so unhappy with how I look in the dress. The dress definitely isn't made for the über curvy body of a Hispanic woman, it clings to all the wrong places, but my lack of any self control with my eating, and no effort to workout does not help the matter.
1) What's your weight loss goal? 60lbs (this is way less than my pre baby weight, but I was already overweight before I got pregnant) 2) What timeframe are you looking at? The whole year. My goal is by Dec. 31, 2015 3) What's for dinner? Salad, brown rice, oven baked chicken breast 4) What physical activity are you going to do today? Honestly? Walk. I have to go get the dress altered, make a few returns, pick up some things, so I'll be running around most of the day.
I have been doing the Leslie Sansone Walk Off the Pounds tapes which are super easy. I am proud of myself for doing that 6/7 days, but need to work on portion control so it has a chance to work off some pounds.

TB really derailed my BBM routine and now I'm trying to find a balance between keeping up with everything and working out. I have been better about meal planning, so that helps make things a little less stressful.
Dinner- Homemade meatballs with angel hair (don't judge me) and a plate of salad.
mrscatfarmer13 - Pasta is my weakness. I compromise by telling myself it's ok as long as I use whole wheat pasta.
Ahh... I can't get over the texture of whole wheat pasta. If I'm going to eat pasta, I want to enjoy it so I stick with plain ole' pasta. Have you tried quinoa pasta? I want to try it, but I don't want to spend $3-4/box to try it.

I used to feel the same way about ww pasta. I don't know if I got used to it or what, but it's what I buy now. Also, I don't like quinoa, so no. Yuck.

WUT?!? Quinoa is delicious and doesn't give you the bloated feeling that rice does.

I'm in! I've been horrible while traveling so I need to get it together. I would like to lose 15-20 pounds. My only timeframe is that I lose the weight before getting pregnant again, so maybe accomplish this in 9-12 months?? I just cannot get pregnant and be at this weight but food is soooooo good.
1) What's your weight loss goal? 2 pounds each month, until I've lost 15 total. 2) What timeframe are you looking at? Ideally, I'll lose 15 by August. My real motivation is SIL's wedding in September, so I have some wiggle-room. 3) What's for dinner? Baked chicken breast, potatoes, steamed broccoli 4) What physical activity are you going to do today? The plan is to get to the gym and run. That only works if I can get out of work ASAP, but I'm giving tests tomorrow so there's a good chance there will be students at my desk after school. We'll see how it goes.
sstwinklinglites do you have a FitBit? I love mine for tracking activity on days I'm running errands or getting chores done around the house. It's super motivating. (Also, I'm always looking for more FitBit friends )

I don't have FitBit. I actually don't know anything about it. Talk to me about it.

Food really is good isn't it? And all the stuff that's horrible for us is where it's at for me.
sstwinklinglites It's basically a fancy pedometer. It counts your steps each day, and then estimates (pretty darn accurately if you fill in your profile accurately) how many miles you've walked, how many calories you've burned and how many "very active" minutes you've had. It's a bracelet you wear all the time (it's waterproof) and there's 5 lights on it that light up as you hit 20%, 40%, (etc) up to your daily goal. At least that's how mine is. There are new ones that measure your heart rate also, so they display more than just the 5 dots. Anyway, then the chip in the bracelet syncs to your computer any time you're close to it, or to your phone with bluetooth.
There's also a food tracking component, but I haven't used it yet. It will tell you how many calories you can eat that day based on how much activity you've done. I'm not sure I like that.
You add friends on your FitBit profile, and you can compare steps, compete and cheer each other on. You can control what your friends are able to see if you don't want to share everything like what you ate that day and your weight log. Right now I'm in a "challenge" with my FitBit friends to see who can log the most steps Monday-Friday. The challenges are super motivating if everyone gets into it. I never win because one of my friends is a fitness instructor. But there are always time when I'm nearly tied with someone at the end of the day and it'll motivate me to take the dog out for a walk or something. I'll see if I can post a picture of what the dashboard looks like.

I'm really failing at this whole reading thing today, I didn't realize you wanted us to answer the questions...
1) What's your weight loss goal? I'm trying not to focus on lbs, but rather work on feeling better, increasing stamina and losing inches. Ideally about 40lbs, but honestly I would be happy with about 10-15lbs 2) What timeframe are you looking at? I guess by the end of the year. 3) What's for dinner? homemade meatballs made with 95/5 beef and angel hair pasta 4) What physical activity are you going to do today? umm... I always take the steps at work (my office is on the 3rd floor) and hopefully I'll do my Bikini body mommy video today.
