I don't mind the snow as long as we keep our electricity. Everytime we have lost power in CT it's been at least 2 weeks before it gets back on. They are predicting 2-3 feet of snow for our area and 60 mph winds. Eek!

I would like that much snow, but only if it meant not having to go to work, which has never happened. One time, they delayed opening for 3 hours, but my start time wasn't until 11 anyway.
It's been a stupid winter in Wisconsin. It was like 45 degrees on Christmas day.

We are expected to get 18-25 inches of snow tonight and tomorrow. We'll be good as long as we keep power. First big storm in the new place, might take my husband a few days to shovel us out.
If there is no cat food left, blame my parents. They may run out of food since they hate cooking and never have anything in the pantry, but at least the cats will not starve for the next 1.5 years.
Not here. This week is supposed to be upper 40's which I will take. Yesterday was almost 60! I'm in Denver but I have had my fair share of crap storms.
It's just a drizzly rain here - the kind of day I would love if I were home but not loving working with it so gloomy outside. I wish we would get a good snow!!
I'm in the Lehigh Valley area of NE PA/NW NJ. Our forecast keeps changing. At one point it was 12-16", last I heard it was down to 6-10". Not sure what they're calling for now. I'm at work right now because I had a couple things I had to do in person, but I'm planning to work from home tomorrow. DD will be watching sooo much TV, but it's better than taking the day off or going out in that weather. We have lots of stuff we can cook on the stovetop if we lose power, plus plenty of wine, so we're all set even if it's really bad!

My husband got an email at work telling them not to come in tomorrow. His job is nuts, and they never do this. They did close up an hour early once because of bad weather, but for then to close for the day, unheard of. It makes me happy though. I will have him safe at home with us. Much better than out on the roads.
I love snow, and am really disappointed that we aren't getting much. I was really hoping the weather man was wrong and I would want up to 12 inches. Instead,by the time I got home from work, we may have had 1. It is snowing pretty good now, but I already have off work tomorrow, so that is disappointing too, but hopefully dh's work will close.

In the midwest with 50s this week. Part of me is sad because we haven't gotten much snow yet this year, but the other part of me is like, Hello? 50 degrees in January. STOP complaining!
Oh good. Travel restriction in NJ now. So even if it's not that bad, unless the governor lifts the restriction, I'm not ALLOWED to go to work tomorrow, even though now they're only calling for 4-10" in my part of the state. At least I brought work home with me, so I won't have to take time off!
