Snowpocalypse: what will YOU be drinking?

As far as I know, no epic snow storms are due here in Canada...but still, it doesn't hurt to be prepared! I'm currently chugging a high caffeine energy drink to ward off a looming migraine. DH will likely be drinking whiskey or home brewed cider when he gets home from work. Our bar is sorely understocked

We just stocked up on beer for our annual Super Bowl party. Is it bad if we drink it all and have to buy more for Sunday?

It's super easy!  We just poured apple juice in a jug with brewer's yeast and let it ferment.  Here is the link for the kit we used.

I'm currently enjoying summer, so I can't relate. Besides, I've never seen snow in my life!

I may have gone a little overboard on booze shopping yesterday. Thank you, 1st PP period and an opportunity to make a trip to the liquor store.
On hand I have:
1 bottle Viniq
1 box TJ's "block red" wine (it's 3L). I hadn't seen it before. Comes in Chardonnay & Shiraz. I decided to try the Shiraz.
5 other bottles red wine (mostly blends because they're my thing)
1 bottle white
1 bottle TJ's Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine, a bottle of sekt, and a bottle of Moët Nectar Impérial I've been saving for a special occasion. It was Christmas/New Year's/the end of our big event at my store, but I keep getting colds when I want to drink it and putting it off.
A bottle of Cranberry Mead that was a gift
Scotch for H and a few leftover Harpoon Winter Warmers from our holiday party

I think we're good?

I'm sort of annoyed that we just moved from NYC to Philly and we are only getting half the snow NYC is. I love blizzards. And thundersnow. YESSS!

I've got two bottles of Cupcake Red Velvet wine. They have different labels, but I can't tell what's different (same year), so obviously I have to drink both to see if there is a difference.

Now if we can get more than rain.... (stay safe everyone! but I'm hoping for at least one snow day!)

I'd like to go to @wineandcupcakes house, but I haven't been invited yet, so I think I'll probably go for Mamosas in the morning, Bloody Mary's for lunch, and Cape Cods for dinner. That way I get all of my servings of fruits and vegetables in for the day and only need to buy one type of alcohol.

I hate snow but I'm kinda bummed that I won't be part of the Snowpocalypse. I could use a few days off from work and some day drinking. Have fun!!

Buhh. I feel guilty for complaining now about our weather.

It appears it will snow here on Thursday, and I need some cheap lambrusco before that time even though it won't be that bad. (It's the only red wine type libation that I like... shame)
