So I think we're going to get rid of cable. We've been talking about it for a while and our promotional rate just ended and we're watching less and less TV... so it makes sense to "cut the cord." But I think I will miss our DVR.
Negotiate again. When our rate goes "up" and we threaten to cancel and it goes back down with everything we had before lol

H did that. They offered a decent price for our current package, basically what we're paying (before the promo rate ended) for the next 2 years to keep what we have now.
But we have SO many channels and don't even watch that much TV anymore. We watch a lot of Netflix, many shows on basic channels (ABC, NBC, etc.), and only a few cable shows. So I think it makes sense for us to switch to streaming only (Netflix/Hulu Prime/Amazon Prime) with a digital antenna for basic local channels.
But there are a few shows I will miss, and I will miss the flexibility of having a DVR.
Mine got something in her nose earlier and did that backward sneezing thing dogs do. She finished, started coughing and coughed so hard she farted.
She's special.
This is my dog that lives at my parents so she can pretty much do anything and I'll still snuggle her all night. She went swimming earlier and I still dried her off, laid a towel on my bed and told her lets go to bed. She's my baby and I hate that she doesn't live with me.

Why doesn't she live with you?
She's happy here. We moved into an apartment that wouldn't take dogs when we got married so she stayed her temporarily and she is attached to the other dogs and my parents. It would be incredibly selfish to move her from everything she knows and loves. Plus my mom is beyond attached. I got her because my mom and I missed our first mastiff so much. She's still my baby and I cry when I leave her but I know she is spoiled rotten and happy.
