Yes. It's a PITA but I think I've finally tamed them into submission. I had straight hair until my early 20s so I was behind the curve in figuring out curly hair!

What hair products do you like?
I mostly use the Organix Moroccan oil Sea Salt spray, but of course I have a cupboard full of mediocre products. Another one I like is the Suave Curly hair mousse. I've tried $40 products, and the $2 mousse is still one of my faves.
staryb - thanks for the encouragement! I think the Notchbet really did motivate us. I would do it again, even though I am not going to win this time around I think it will take a miracle to get these last few lbs off before the weekend. These ups and downs with the scale mess with your head!
I'm sure you are all gaining in muscle from working out, which makes it tough with the scale. We should have all done this sooner, but with other people so we were winning their money. I keep thinking of how fast I lost the first 20 or so pounds, if I'd been doing diet bets then I would have been won all the cash!
Question to notches that have weaned. Did you gain weight right away? One of my fav things about bfing is the extra cupcakes. Just curious if you noticed a difference.
Granted I just weaned a few weeks ago but so far I haven't gained anything and I'm still eating terribly.

Same here. My hair was stick straight and wouldn't curl for anything. Now it's wavy and I can't get it to stay straight pretty much eve.
Mobile babies are hard! A keeps getting herself stuck in awkward positions and wiping out on everything she pulls herself up on. I'm going to wrap her in bubble wrap.

Second that. Yesterday, I went into the nursery to lay DS back down for his nap (we're working on drowsy but awake, but I have to go in 4-5 times). He got so excited to see me he was stomping in the crib and waving his arms. He fell and face planted into the side, smacking his head. So, nowhere is safe, officially.

Also, because I'm kind of naturally clumsy, sometimes I quickly try to prevent dd from hurting herself when falling that I inadvertently hurt her in a different way. Example, trying to stop her from falling into something I have accidentally hit her in the head, with my foot, or hand - multiple times. Super lightly, and she didn't actually get hurt - but MOTY over here.

I'm a mega-klutz, so I do this all the time. Since he throws tantrums, now, sometimes I'm not sure if I hurt him when I intervene or if he's just pitching a fit.

I've done this too. Last night I was tossing DH dd's pacifier and instead of him catching it the button part of the pacifier hit her in the back of her head. MOTY I think it scared her more than it hurt but there were definitely enough tears I felt awful.

M has started doing this thing where he can be playing happily but as soon as he sees me he starts crying and comes to me and stays fussy. Do your babies do this?
kellrr hair pic??? Even from the back if you have stranger danger?
I had to wash it. Then wait for it it dry:
I tried to find a before, and 1. There were 4 pictures of me from the last 3 months and 2. My hair was in a ponytail in all of them. Reason enough to get a haircut. It was straight yesterday, but, surprise, I put it in a ponytail last night and kinked it up. ETA: I am not cut out for the 21st century. Selfies are hard.
Cute! Mine is about that length and is in a ponytail pretty much every day. I am apparently to lazy to style it anymore.
