Unfortunately my board usage is not consistent enough during the day to volunteer for mod, but if you're really in need I can try. This board is pretty tame and we are lucky that that trolls are not common.
I would be very interested in a birth mom ask me anything. I think it's awesome that someone offered that. Count me in.

Ask far as a volunteer to mod. I'd be willing to (I'm currently a mod on a different proboard forum based on hobbies so I have experience) but I'm pretty new to the Adoption/fostering section so I don't know what it would be appropriate.
Also- didn't we decide that a global mod was fine for this board a few months back? I can't remember exactly. Like lizblue mentioned this place is pretty tame and respectful- maybe we could just page you if there's a problem? (Unless of course someone is willing to volunteer as mod tribute!)

My understanding (which could be wrong so take it with a grain of salt) is that there has been an increase in spammers through out the forums and when the website goes live traffic may increase making a mod more necessary.
@wickedcandy - could you (or anyone else) explain exactly what a Mod would/could do for the board? (i.e. what are the responsibilities of a mod) Like others have said, this board is probably okay without one but I'm curious if there are responsibilities of a mod that I'm not currently aware of.
