In New Jersey they have to be rear facing until 3. My convertible car seat is rear facing up to 40 pounds, and she'll be in it until she's 40 pounds.

I DVR Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders and make DD watch it with me. My favorite part is when the coaches talk shit and pick apart these women. I can't help it...I love it when they cry

I like the idea of cloth diapers and how cute they are, but cannot deal with the inconvenience of a tiny washer and not having a dryer. A load of laundry a day to stay on top of things is plenty.

Yup i pee in the shower also. Our minister for the environment compelled us all to do so. It saves a lot of water. So we should feel proud, really

I went to happy hour after school and didn't tell my husband because 1. He was still working and 2. I got home before he picked up O and came home

He would never be upset or care but I got to hang out without someone keeping tabs on me...this includes a baby

Lucky! Mine came back immediately after DD was born, even with exclusively breastfeeding. I actually had 2 periods the first month. :-( Can't say I wasn't totally surprised though. My periods have always been out to get me.

Whenever DH tells me about the possibility of a move to a brand new location I spend at leasr a week spiralling on the various facets: healthcare, property markets, travel accessability, schools, archaeology/heritage opportunities, etc. There's a possibility we might be headed to Guernsey reasonably soon. Yesterday I got the healthcare basics, today I was figuring out what property we'd be eligible to buy if any. Thank god for the weekend.

Hahaha i was doing this too yesterday! I get all excited and organize everything before its even semi finalized that we're moving. Happy planning!

I'm considering getting a sleep consultation. If DS woke up crying I could deal with soothing or CIO. He wakes up and if he's not hungry he wants to play. I've tried just soothing and nursing him and that works, but sometimes he's up all the time. If I ignore him or just verbally soothe him he plays by himself with his love until he gets overly tired and hungry and needs to nurse. And then he has nights that he sleeps 5 hours, wants to nurse, and then is out for 3 or 4 hours, nurses and is out until morning.

TL;DR I suck at sleep training and want to hire someone to make it work.

Maybe this is a UO: I don't like rolls on a baby. I don't think it's cute. There was another 6 month old getting pics done when Anna was and he was like twice the size of her (and she's average percentiles). It grossed me out.

+1 as of recently. I abstained for like 5 months trying to get the baby weight off. Now I'm just like eff it, I want all the cheeseburgers.
