I hope everyone had a good day! First day back was fine. Boring but we got our math plans done for the first 2 weeks of school. Dd did amazing at daycare but I totally cried when she sent me a video of dd belly laughing.

Is it weird that i don't 100% know how I feel about our office closing at 1pm on Friday to commemorate Katrina. Like I'm glad to have the 1/2 day but wish it wasn't for that.

mumomma13 are you starting fitness pal today? I was doing so good til Friday night. Ugh. Weekend was a waste but, I am back on track again today. Every once in a while DS face plants when I put him down. I give him 10 minutes to get in a good sleep and then I turn his head to the side.

Good luck to all of the teachers that started school today.

lotsofdotts DH took off with the infant seat last week and I was taking DS to my mom's. DH normally takes him over there and they share that car seat. We use the convertible in my car. Once I got to my mom's, I had to uninstall mine and install it into her car. I was definitely late for work that day. Your MIL is awesome!

kartish that's too bad. DS is doing the same the past couple of nights. He has gotten two teeth in the past two weeks, I am hoping this is not a sign that more are coming in.

AppropriateChocolate oh man, doctor was a little harsh on the changes for DD. definitely take those one step at a time to keep your mommy sanity.

Late check in for me today. I took the day off from work since my mom is still on vacation. Glad I wasn't in the office dealing with the U.S. stock market drama. Ick. Felt like Wonder Woman today. Somehow took DS to get X-rays, oil change, smog check, car wash, Costco and cleaned up the first floor of the house. I'm pooped out.

DS's X-rays came out good. His head is a little flat in the back and at the six month checkup his head growth slowed down. The doctor wanted to make sure his skull was not starting to fuse together already. Also, now that I look at the back of DH's head, it looks just like DS. glad the kiddo is okay.
