For this time around, I found that memory foam on my bed made all the difference. But I totally empathize, it sucks! Also swimming, or a warm bath helped me last time. Basically the water helped me feel more buoyant and took some of the pain away.

No advice, but I had the same thing happen when I was pregnant with C. I just tried to take it as easy as possible. Hang in there, mama! Only 6 weeks to go?! Wow, so soon!!!

My hips really bother me, but only at night. I rotate from side to side constantly. I've started stretching them out, and I think that's helped a bit. Maybe try that? I've added a pillow in between my legs, but I'm not used to sleeping with that, so it bothers me a little.
That's one of the things I've been dealing with this time that sent me to PT. She does a lot of me laying on my side with a pillow between my knees, working out the muscles in my hip/butt. She recommended using a tennis ball or something like that and having DH roll that (pretty firmly) around on the butt/hip/squishy parts while I lay on my side too, and I do find that it gets me some relief! That coupled with the stretches that IFinTN posted do keep me moving, though don't solve the whole problem.

I've been having pain in my legs at night. When I mentioned it to my OB last week she said I was most likely pinching a nerve and that I should use a thick pillow between my knees. Not sure if it's similar but maybe worth a try.
Also, I usually wake up from it and find if I get up and move around, it gets so much better.

Sit on a tennis ball and roll it around your glutes it helps release the hips. Also sit indian style on the floor and put one leg on top of the other and bend forward.
Icy hot or badger muscle rub Yoga Personally if I didn't do headstand a few times a week I would be crippled. Feel better!

I am also having a lot of hip pain, at night and in the day...uggh, it's awful. I go to prenatal yoga once a week and the instructor has us doing some stretches on an exercise ball which feel really great on my sore hips. This link shows some possible examples, and I find just sitting on my ball and slowly moving from side to side even helps.
