Oh fun!
I live in the suburbs near Pittsburgh.
I've wanted to stay at home as long as I can remember! I never really had an awesome career or anything, just kind of lucked into a good paying job a few years before Celia was born. But it was always our plan for me to stay home!
Hmmm....biggest struggle. My family is super big so I've always been around kids so I know how lucky I am that Celia is such an easy going baby. I had a really hard time trying to breastfeed when she was born and decided to switch to formula the day we came home from the hospital. So that was tough for me because it never even crossed my mind that it would be something I couldn't do. I'm pretty much over it now but still feel guilty sometimes!
Best part of being a mom...the first time Celia hurt herself and looked for me to make her feel better was just the best feeling in the world. Not that she got hurt (which was just a little pinch from her exersaucer!) but that she wanted me to make it better.
I stuck around because it's so nice to hear people going through the same things as you at the same time. I never posted I guess because I'm a little shy. But I'm feeling brave today lol!
Thank you! What a small world! We're north of the city and love it here!
So do I just use @ and then the username to reply? I hate that there's no reply button. Unless there is and I'm just missing it.
