I am feeling very meh about the show right now. I think I must be broken. I care a lot about some storylines but am very meh about others. I understand that a certain amount of cheese and predictability is required as they wrap things up, so I'm trying to be patient.
My biggest question right now is, will Zeke live through the finale? My vote is yes.

I knew she was going to have a boy and name him Zeke.
I hope Julia and Joel continue to make it work.
I just don't see how they can make anyone else die except Zeke. I feel like if they killed off anyone else they would need more than a one hour episode to have any resolution.

I am kind of bummed that the finale is only an hour long. I feel like there are so many loose ends that need to be tied up. I'm still holding out hope for Joel and Julia. And I'm really hoping they don't kill off Zeke..

I can't believe it ends tonight. My guess is that they'll focus on Sarah's wedding then have a montage at the end showing where everybody ends up. Crosby will have some kind of studio, Amber will have mini-Zeke and a job (maybe Ryan again?), Hattie will make a brief appearance...I can't imagine them killing Zeke off at this point without the opportunity to explore that.
It will take all my willpower not to click on this thread in the morning - I don't know if I will have a chance to watch it till this weekend! Sad panda here.

Spoiler alert:
I liked it. I thought they handled Zeke's death well. I enjoyed the flash forwards and how everybody got what they wanted. The baseball diamond was a nice way to frame it all, too.
Beautifully done. I agree with huckleberry08 that the baseball diamond was a perfect way to frame it all together. I love where they went with everyone, all the babies! and Chez Marie. I deleted it 5 minutes ago and the tears are still streaming down my face!
I absolutely loved all of it! I loved how they started the show with the wedding and started wrapping up the stories to how they showed us little snippets of the future. I was so happy to see Amber's future. And so happy to see all the new babies! I think it was right to end the show with Zeke passing. And I love how they ended it at the baseball diamond too. I think what made the show so great was that it was a perfectly imperfect family that we can all relate to in some way. But we wanted to be a part of their family because you could see how hard they love each other no matter what. I cried so hard. It was wonderful!

I liked it but I went straight from Scandal to watching it. I think I needed a break between the two because I couldn't emotionally get into it like the other episodes. I didn't even tear up which is odd for me watching that show.
I liked it. I liked how they wrapped everything up and didn't try anything controversial. A lot of times I find series finales disappointing but this was one of the best I've seen.

Yeah, I did the same and it was a weird transition, but also a nice palate cleanser from all the Scandal tension (not to spoil anything).

Ugh. Finally watched it and I'm still sobbing. They did a really good job ending it but its still bittersweet that Zeke died. I can't stop crying now!! It's definitely hitting really close to home with my dad being sick.
