Our dog avoids him like the plague. She just yesterday got pretty close and smelled his head and then jumped off the bed. Babies are a whole lotta nope for our dog. I'm just hoping it's not an issue later.
Bacon is curious but cautious. She gets up in furniture to check on him when he's in the rnp or bassinet.
The cats mostly stay away. The oldest is not allowed on my lap when I'm holding M since he's stepped on M twice. The younger two like to sniff him but run as soon as he moves.
Molly is just now getting kind of okay with the baby. She was basically either grumbling/growling (from her kennel) whenever he cried or she was just avoiding all 3 of us like the plague. This morning though H and I gave her lots of love so now she's lying under the cover with us (while W is in the bassinett). Hopefully she'll come around to not feeling like she's being replaced and calm down.

The fluff
He has been mostly uninterested in the baby because FOOD OMG FOOD I HAVENT EATEN IN FIVE MINUTES WHY WONT YOU FEED ME The other day he did sniff him and lick his nose though. At least he doesnt hate him.
Cairo is jealous and often shoves himself into my arms while the baby is also in my arms. -_- he's an attention whore and was always a momma's baby so he's having issues adjusting. But then there are sweet moments like these. Sometimes when LO is in the PnP and crying, Cairo jumps on the side to peek in and comes to bark at me until I go pick her up. And he licks her feet a lot. And brings her his toys and gets confused as to why she doesn't throw them haha.
Piper Lilly-lee - Born Sept 11, 2013 New Tiny Human - Due Aug 7, 2015 August 2015 - July Siggy Challenge - After Pregnancy Plans It will start like this:
Went tip my dad's today and his dogs were very curious when we laid him on the floor. The black and white one was whining when M cried by the end of the visit.
DD and the dogs. The red and white one is her dog. If DD is gone to her grammy's house this dog lays on her toys or one of her blankets and doesn't eat much. She sleeps on the foot of her bed.
The blue one is attaching herself to the baby. She lays next to his PNP when he's in it and runs to his side any time he cries. She's naturally a really hyper and excitable dog but she seems to know that this baby is delicate and is super careful around him. Not going to lie, I was a little nervous because she gets so wound up and excited. Her biggest flaw is being overly friendly and trying to climb in everyone's lap.
