Win: Robin is spending the day at my parents, so I'm getting a massage and a pedicure. Whine: Apparently H and I are fighting. It started last night when we were supposed to get ice cream but then Robin had a huge tantrum (created by H), so in the end I went by myself. I didn't think it was a huge issue but he hasn't said 3 words to me since I got home from the ice cream place at 8:30 last night. Hopefully he'll man up and get over it soon. I'm a bajillion weeks pregnant. Sorry you annoyed your son to the point that he had a meltdown.

Win: H actually told his mom we were contemplating moving!!!!! It's public! No more hiding! Whine: I didn't really ask him about it because by the look on his face he didn't want to talk about it. So I have no idea what was said and it's killing me. I'm going to wait a few weeks before saying anything to her. Win: I got so much checked off the to-do list. Whine: I had zero fun time this weekend.
Yup I copy and pasted because I'm not missing my chance to whine.
Win: My H and I had a really fun time at this wedding we went to on Saturday night. Whine: Naturally the kids kept me up all night after getting home, my H was "sick" all day Sunday, and I was just exhausted and in turn not feeling well while having to take care of both kids by myself all day. Win: I did get a two hour nap since I was able to get both kids to sleep! And at the same time!! Whine: My H is actually annoyed with me because I wasn't in the mood last night before bed (he was miraculously better...I guess getting to sleep all day will do that for a person. I wouldn't know anything about that) and then I had to deal with him being dramatic. Win: The satisfaction I felt after laughing in his face at his suggestion and then telling him to sleep on the couch because I didn't want to catch whatever he had because he was "so sick".
Whine: I have a run Saturday morning. I forgot about it and still have to work until 2 am. Win: my bff finally set a date for her wedding for real! We had it all lined up a couple months ago but it all fell through Whine: I only have until the week before thanksgiving to get myself looking hot!

Whine: All of this house stuff is keeping me up. I can't turn my brain off and I'm up all hours of the night just thinking!!
Win: We had a great open house yesterday (13 families in 2 hours!).
Whine: But no offers yet.
Win: But we have another meeting tonight with a builder we are interested in and might put in an offer on a house!
Whine: Riley was extra naughty over the weekend. I'm not sure if she's getting sick, just being affected by all of our house stuff, or just being 3, but it sucked.
Win: I'm taking Friday off for retail therapy and to relax. I NEED it!
Win: Elise had her first day of school and for the most part did well. She stopped crying seconds after we left her teacher said!
Whine: she hates the bus and is terrified of going by herself. I rode with her today but Wednesday will be back to work so she's going to get some tough love. I just hate seeing or hearing about her crying without me to help her!! Waaaaah!!
Whine: our dog has been acting sick for a week. Barely eating, had bad diarrhea for a couple days, then not being able to poop after that. We took him in and it's not bloat but he does have some sort of blockage and they are doing a barium exam today. Ugh I feel bad for him and my pocket book- goodbye $500! I feel like we were just getting a good savings going too!
Whine: af decided to finally shown up after 7 weeks. And I forgot how miserable and heavy it can be when not on bc Win: I scored about $200 between the garage sale and fb sales Whine: I took the leap to get a tula cover and the lady hasn't gotten back to me after I picked my fabrics

Oh no! From the lady I ordered from? She was really responsive with me...maybe she's just super busy. That stinks...how long have you been waiting on her? I can tell you that it did take about 3 weeks for her to actually make my stuff and send it to me.
Win: My boss gave me his tickets to the Red Sox game on Sunday! We haven't been to a game yet this year so I'm really looking forward to it! Whine: It's supposed to be pretty hot and I'm already thinking it may not be the best idea to take Cece and I'll most likely end up just walking under the stadium a lot.

Whine: I am exhausted after being up with Tyler all night. Whine: He puked 20 minutes after I dropped him off today. Win: At least we're at home relaxing? Whine: I have so much work to do and can't get any of it done. Whine: I am still not feeling great after being sick all weekend, so I have to cancel pure barre tonight. Win: My 2 day work week turned into a 1 day work week, and I can NOT WAIT to have some time to myself. Pedi, a little shopping for fall clothes, etc.

MEEEEE TOOOOOO!!!!!!! I am so f*cking excited for a me day!!! My H even told me as I was browsing the cheap DKNY jeans at Costco yesterday that the jeans from Madewell fit me so much better and I should splurge on a new pair for myself on Friday
laurski81, yes it's her. She was really quick to answer earlier, but I sent her all but one fabric on friday at 1030am. I had asked her opinion on the 4th fabric and I haven't heard back. I'm assuming it's because it was the beginning of the weekend and I'll just wait until the middle of the week to respond.
Whine: I really want to take V to the Taylor Swift concert in 2 weeks for her bday (her bday is Friday) but for 2 tickets it would be around $350 and that just seems insane.
Win: I sent Patrick to the in laws today so I've been snuggling William all day. It's been nice. My mom and H are out back doing yard work and I don't have to!
Whine: still not much sleep going on in this house. It's catching up to me and I can't think straight. Couldn't even remember my phone number today.
Win: H had a phone interview for a post doc position and it went well and they want to fly him out for an interview. The guy does some really cool research and H is one of the leading experts (top 5) in the world so this may be it. Hopefully. It's also in Colorado which would be awesome!
Whine: moving away from both families would be rough but we knew it was probably coming.
Win: I get to have as much caffeine and alcohol as I like!

Do it! It's a lot of money but it's Taylor Swift so I bet it'll be a good show & I bet V would have a great time! (Says the lady who really wants to go to Taylor but she's playing here like a week after my due date)

jodielyn10,Could I rent your husband for an afternoon? Like seriously just pretend he is mine and he could mimic the compliments? He seriously sounds like the best guy ever. I know you aren't bragging, he just knows what the right thing to say is without coming off like a douche.

bliz1712, I would go in a hot second. MC?...I'm really bummed I didn't get a ticket to her show here. I don't think any of my friends would have shelled out to go with me but I would have LOVED to go.
xanthepants, LOL well, he is the best guy ever, IMO, but he will also tell me when something DOESN'T look good. He can be honest to a fault so I have to be ready for a real answer when I ask him his opinion on anything, even if it's "does this outfit look good?" haha. Also he's recently become basically vegan, so don't borrow him during meal time unless you want to feel bad about your lyfe (meal) choices.
Um...Edit from WC to MC because today is in fact Monday and not Wednesday. I promise I'm not drunk at work, I just wish I was!
britbratjf, I'm really considering it. But the thing is these aren't even GREAT seats. The top section is even $250. We've seen her before and she does a great show, but we were in the top section, maybe 5 rows from the absolute top. Plus she's 4 years older so she would enjoy it a lot more. I was hoping the next time we see her we could see her a little closer but I don't know that I should pay that much for one night.

Do it. My mom took me to dixi chicks at that age and I still remember it!

Whine: I have to go back to work tomorrow. Being home with the kids for the last 5 weeks was so awesome and I miss them already.
Win: My DH is interviewing for a promotion at work soon. He mentioned me staying home after we have a 3rd (if we are able to conceive again) for a while (I can take up to 2 years of leave). It would only be possible if he gets a decent raise but I'm so excited he even brought it up because with the DS and DD it wasn't even a possibility financially.
Whine: If I am going to be able to stay home for 2 years, we would probably wait a few months to TTC to make sure DH is getting a raise and promotion. I wish decisions could be made like this week, before I O again, lol. If the promotion isn't happening, staying home for an extended leave isn't happening so we might as well try now.
Win: I have a pretty good class this year, so that will be helpful.

Win: we moved!
Whine: everything is so freaking disorganized. The movers asked where to put things and then completely ignored our directions. It's going to take weeks to get things figured out.
Win: My in-laws were here all of August. They left on Saturday. I am happy DH and DD had that time with them but I admit I felt instantly felt more relaxed when they left.
Whine: This pregnancy is kicking my ass. I cannot get comfortable at my desk at work and I plan on working for 2.5 more months.
