Digitals aren't as sensitive as regular dip tests. Has she taken a test since the digital?

Not since then.  She got some more FRER and will take another with FMU tomorrow.

Not necessarily. I didn't get my first squinter with one of my pregnancies until 16 dpo. It just indicates that it implanted a little later than average.

Lurking but did she try a FRER? Digis are notorious for false negatives too early.

Other than that, I don't have any real insight...

With my BFP, I didn't get a positive on a digi until like 3 days after I got one on an FRER.

Luteal phases rarely pass 16 days. Digitals are less sensitive than dye tests. Sooo - all she can do is test again with a dye test. If she had a chemical (which is possible since she had a positive) then her period will show up later. The days post ovulation thing no loner applies when pregnancy mixes in.

A semen analysis will give you volume, count and motility. It's very straightforward to test.

What interventions are available if one of them is wrong is beyond my knowledge.

Increasing longer cycles may mean something or may not. Tough call right now. If she goes a year of trying then she should see an RE.

LED, thanks for sharing that.  I'm in the midst of a strange cycle and thought I was out after spotting, dropping temps and a BFN at 13DPO.  My temp went back up today so I'm a hot mess trying to figure it out since I was out of tests so I couldn't test this morning.  Knowing that it is possible to get a squinter so "late" helps.

Jumping in - for MFI, we did a standard SA with the RE when we were testing. When that came back with low sperm count, our RE referred us to a urologist. The urologist did extensive blood work and another SA. He also did a testicular ultrasound. My husband was put on Clomid and goes in every 3 months for bloodwork and a SA to look at his numbers.

I get how frustrating it is to be at 13 dpo with no signs of a period. I made it to 16 dpo last cycle, with a BFN at 15 dpo. Just remember that LED's story is not the norm here. Also, as I'm sure you know, Clomid and other fertility meds can extend your LP as well as mess with your temps. I know that doesn't really give much relief when dealing with a longer LP and BFNs, but I just don't want you to have false hope here.

It's a sign she's pregnant. That's it.

Blue dye tests are notorious for "false positives" because an evap line can look exactly like a positive test. The only thing she can do at this point is see her OB. She could be having a loss, she could have implanted later or her O date may be off a day or two. Her doctor can test how much HCG is in her system, an HPT can't. There's not much else she can do at this point.

She's had 3 positive tests at this point. She's pregnant. There's really no question about it.

Whether the pregnancy is viable or not is another matter. If she has concerns, she should see her doctor.
