What Kind of Tea Do You Drink?

DD is 13 months now and during the first year I primarily stuck with Mother's Milk tea and chamomile tea as I knew these were safe in terms of not hindering supply. I saw Kelly Mom's list of herbs that are OK and ones to avoid while breastfeeding, but sometimes when I look at ingredients lists there are so much to decipher. I was just wondering what non-caffeinated teas you mamas drink that you know aren't impacting your supply or causing harm for LO?

I drank rooibos tea a lot when I was pregnant, but I haven't looked into whether it's safe for BFing or not (i haven't drank it since giving birth).

I have been drinking red raspberry leaf tea. I haven't thought to check if it's safe to drink while breastfeeding...off to check that now!

Red raspberry leaf for me too. I've read that is safe while breast feeding.

Hibiscus tea. Love it with a little pomegranate juice.

I'm all about moderation. No sage or peppermint. Rooibus is a fav. Also love plain ole herbals (tazo passion, tazo Orange somethingorother).
