Good news: I got both A and E down for naps at the same time for the first time ever!
Better news: my sisters gave me my birthday present today, is a mom survival kit with Band-Aids, neosporan, aspirin, soothing music, a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine! They know me so well, lol!
Bad news: We're all still sick with this stupid cold (except great-grandma, and I'm really really praying she continues to escape it because I'm afraid what it would do to her). I have been sick with some cold or cough or another for 90% of this pregnancy. I am done. I really can't take it anymore, instead of feeling like we're on the mend, after a week I feel like we're crashing down hill. DS has been increasingly cranky the last few days, today he just screamed for 30 minutes straight until we stuck him in his crib. My head (and chest) are super congested and now my ears are having problems - a ton of pain last night, then ringing, now I just can't really hear well out of one ear everything has this sort of tinny echo, and I'm super dizzy and disoriented. This makes for extra fun with crazy cranky toddler.
Remember a few threads ago how I joked that my H is a visual learner? Well, he's had a few examples today of how I'm feeling to help him realize I serously need help today. Disoriented? I poured milk on the table at breakfast. At the end of my rope? I broke down sobbing after the latest screaming toddler incident.
Good news: my ILs are apparently over their flu enough (different germs stay away!!) that FIL is leaving work early to drive me to a dr appt today for my stupid ears.
