Not me, but I remember my dentist making a comment about about it last time.. I was 5 weeks when I went in for my appointment, and he said pregnancy can make your teeth more sensitive and your gums more inflamed. Yet another fun side effect, right?

What k3am said! In my last pregnancy I definitely had more sensitive gums, the dentist said it was caused by the hormones. Didn't take much for my gums to bleed. Lasted for a while after DD was born, but eventually went away!
