Just wondering how many and how long the LOs are napping?
T is trying to figure this out lol. He usually naps twice a day for 30mins to an hour, usually at 10:30ish and at 2:30ish. Today he moved everything up by an hour. The 2 days before today he only napped once.
He is also in the midst of teethings/wonder week/learning to crawl/being taken over by a drool demon, so is bet that has something to do with it.
LO naps twice/day. First nap at 9am for 45min to 2 1/2 hr. Most days it's 90-120min. second nap is around 2pm at daycare for anywhere between 20-60min.
Naps are non-negotiable. Last Sunday he napped for 2 1/2hr in the morning. Woke up at 12:30 so at 3pm w/ first eye rub we put him down for another nap. He NEVER fell asleep but was happy for 99% of that time. Quiet, rolling around, almost falling asleep. We gave him an hour and then picked him up. He went to bed 30min early that day.
His morning nap is at home and his PM nap is at daycare.

At home LO still naps every 2 hours or so, for 90-120 min. He gets three naps if they are shorter, two naps if they are longer. Bedtime is 2 hours after the last nap ends. If we let him stay up longer than 2 hours he's crabby & fights bedtime / naps SO hard, so we just keep an eye on the clock.
At daycare his naps are usually 60-90 min & he still gets two, and sometimes a car nap.
I kind of feel like we should start trying to space it out...but really, this works for us so I'm just going to go with it.
We are on a 2 nap/day schedule. She takes her first nap 3 hours after waking. The am nap is the longer one. It typically lasts from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours. Her second nap is 3 hours after waking from her first nap. It is typically shorter, anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. Sometimes I wake her so it doesn't interfere with her bedtime. I don't like pushing her bedtime back bc it interferes with my personal time (I need this to maintain my sanity).
Her napping was horrible until I started spacing them 3 hours from her last wake-up. Now she naps regularly and longer.
Typically, lo takes 2 naps. The first about 2.5 hours after she wakes up in the morning and the second about 3 hours after she wakes from nap #1. Each is between 1-2 hours. Of course, the past few days she's been protesting morning nap so maybe our routine is changing.

We do 2 naps a day, the first one is usually 2.5 hours after wake up. Our afternoon nap is pretty random but for the most part usually around 2 in the afternoon.

We are two naps here. DD's first nap is sometime between 9:30-10:30 for 30 mins to 2.5 hrs. Second nap is around 2-3 pm for same time frame. Some days she refuses to sleep but we still put her in her crib for "nap" twice a day regardless.
Two naps a day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Usually the morning nap is about 1 hour 15 minutes and the afternoon nap is about 45 minutes to an hour.
She went through a phase (and by "phase," I mean MONTHS!) where she refused to nap during the day - Ever. About a week ago, she started taking normalish naps again. About an hour in the morning, and about an hour in the late afternoon. Today was rough though. I think her growth spurt might be over, and I'm worried she's going to stop napping completely again.
We are at 3 naps a day. E has always been a horrible napper, and naps these days range from 30-45 min max. Did anyone have this type of short napper and anything that helped?

E was like this. One day she just started napping. It also helped when I stretched her awake time from 2 hours to 3.
Two naps a day with ~3 hrs of awake time in between. Crappy naps are 35 minutes - I swear this is the end of her initial sleep cycle and sometimes she just can't get over the hump. Even if she goes longer she always gives a little fuss/rustle at 35 mins (so weird!). Good naps for us are 1 hr and 15 mins. We usually only get a few of those a week....we have a terrible napper. Doesn't matter if she's at daycare or at home, it's pretty much the same.

Two a day here. Both last around an hour to an hour and a half. One is around 10 and the other is around 3. It's all five or take some time though depending on the day and Addie's mood.

I find he naps better outside. In this culture, though, outside naps are the norm. You bundle baby up and let them sleep outside, undisturbed. At home I'm lucky to get 40 mins.
Currently writing this sitting in a cafe drinking coffee as DS reaches the 1 hour mark of his nap outside.
2 a day here. 1st around 10 for 45min to 2 hours, 2nd around 3 for about an hour. He needs his naps! If he doesn't get them he wakes up randomly at night and won't go back to sleep and he is normally a 7 to 7 sleeper.
Most of the time we have two naps a day. My twin who STTN is tougher to get down for both naps, but he's pretty happy and sleeps well otherwise so I don't push it too hard. My better napper is still up 2+ times/night but she will take two 1-2 hour naps.
