What are you enjoying this evening?  Did you earn it like TheEleventhHour?  Or did you sleep all day, dabble in some little hobbies and are now drinking a brandy drink like me?

Pour some orange juice into a bowl.  Pour some brandy.  Freeze.  The brandy keeps it from freezing completely so it naturally forms a slush.  
Today I just winged it for the first time (my family always made it for the holidays but I never had a hand in it) and didn't measure!


I'm guessing it's 3/4 orange juice 1/4 brandy?  

There are some fancy pants recipes out there but you just need those 2 ingredients.

I polished off a bottle of prosecco and now I'm on to an IPA. H and I are about to watch Lilo & Stitch because he's never seen it.

When I typed "polished off," the word suggester thing tried to get me to write "polio virus." Wtf.

I put the leftover coffee in the fridge this AM and am now drinking iced coffee with pumpkin creamer. I think this is the smartest thing I have done all day.

Also, I cannot wait until we get faster internet Tuesday and gifs actually load.

We're getting a new DVR tomorrow so anything we don't watch we lose.  I think we get a few months of free HBO when we switch to Direct though so that should really help my tv watching habits...

Drinking a blackberry cider. Really good, but either I'm a lightweight or I drank it too fast because I'm buzzed.

Pub food was insufficient. Need to get some dessert. This place used to have a deep fried Twinkie, but apparently they took it off the menu.
