I have no idea if this will hold true for you, but when I switched from pumping every two hours to pumping every three, my overall volume actually increased by a couple of ounces. I nurse babygirl about 1.5/ hours prior to leaving the house, do a really long pump (30 mins) on my commute, then pump twice more at the office. I was also pumping on the drive home, but found I could drop that one and be fine on my supply. I have to stick pretty religiously to the schedule for my 9 am and noon pumps, and it took about a week for the volume to come up to what I needed. I don't know If pumping less/less frequently just lowered my stress and led to better production, or if my boobs need more time to "refill". But it's worked out so far.
I'm hoping this is true. I've been adding an evening pump to make up any shortfall so there is that. 9, 12, 3 will be a lot easier to meet than 9, 11, 1, 3. And the whole boob refill thing.
This round is ended. Weigh in is Oct 30 and 31. I recommend taking several weigh ins and pictures and submitting the lowest one.
It looks like I will at least weigh less than when I started. I'm doing a different dietbet in addition to this one and the weight I submitted was 1.6lbs over my starting. Ended the day with food poisoning and .2lbs below my starting. So 1.8lb difference between morning and night.

I just worked out and submitted my pictures....I was going to wait and weigh myself a few times, but then I stepped on the scale. I lost 10lbs and I figured I'm proud of that. 1 month in the books!! I hope I can repeat the same loss next month

I just submitted mine. I got freaked out because my goal weight was showing lower than it was supposed to be. That's because it was showing for round two. Whew!

I weighed this morning and had DH take my full picture. I'm going to see if things drop a little more. I totally lost, but I want to have lost by more. Only .2 lbs under starting
