DH and I both took an infant CPR class while I was pregnant with our second child. I felt much more comfortable after having that information and couldn't believe I hadn't done it before.

We both did infant CPR which included choking so we felt more confident at least. We also asked our nanny to get CPR certified before starting. Bless the stars we have never had to deal with a choking situation so far.

Also certified through work, but I think all parents should take a class. I had to do back blows on DS once when he choked. Scary, but so glad I was prepared.

We did. The only time DH has needed to save Ros from choking, it wasn't from a food incident. (Board game piece while I was out of town around 8 months old... just what you want to hear the first time you leave your baby overnight!)
