We should find out the sex of our baby next week, so really I should just wait before putting so much thought in to this. But after spending weeks coming up with boys names, because I'm convinced we're having a boy, I decided I need a girl list too.
DDs are Ryann Elizabeth and Elsie Joann. I'm not too obsessed with having the perfect sibset, but I feel like I need a shorter name with what we've already got. Middle name will probably be Ann or Rae which complicates the short names for me. Last name is one syllable.
Right now my list is only Molly, Lila, Nora and Harper (probably wouldn't use Harper, but I do like it). But I'm only meh about those ones.

Nora is fine, though I prefer it as a nn to Eleanor/Elinor. I'm really not a fan of the rest, especially Harper. I would extend Rae to Rachel.
Alice Ann Anwen Rachel Aeronwy Ann Beatrix Ann Carys Ann Clara Ann Coraline Ann Daphne Ann Eva Ann Freya Ann Greta Ann Hero Ann Helen Rachel Iris Ann Juniper Ann Juno Ann Kira Ann Lyra Ann Laurel Ann Margot Ann Maeve Rachel Niamh Rachel Odette Ann Oona Rachel Orla Ann Phoebe Ann Petra Ann Rosalind Ann Sara Ann Scarlett Ann Thea Ann Willa Ann Zoe Ann

Rae is my mom's middle name, so I don't really feel like Rachel works for me. I'm just weird about middle names being family names. I like Thea and Zoe. Is Zoe generally well received? Obviously I don't care too much (gasp, using Ryann on a girl), but it just isn't a name I'm personally familiar with.
I definitely like Nora the best of your options. There are SO many names out there though, don't settle for something you aren't crazy about, keep looking around if you're unsure.
If it's between Thea and Zoe, go with Thea. While I know Zoe is a perfectly fine name, it sounds perpetually child-like to me. I am also biased, I admit, because I have known so many horses, dogs, and cats named Zoe. Plus, hello, Thea is awesome!

I agree, while I've seen an adult Zoe or two, Thea seems like it would age a little better. It seems like a name DH won't like, but hopefully if it is a girl I can get him on board.
Can I get some input on a middle name situation? My grandma's middle name was Loraine. I think Thea Loraine sounds better and more interesting than Thea Ann or Thea Rae. However my sister was named Lo.rin. My parents shortened version of Loraine. My sister feels like she has some sort of claim to the name since she is named after her. But if I'm just using it as a middle name it shouldn't matter, right? Obviously I can run this by her if we are in fact having a girl and DH actually agrees to the name. I just want a little back up that as a middle name it really shouldn't matter.
My only other option for a middle name is Dellus. While I'd love to use Dellus, I don't feel like it flows with too many of my options.
Use Loraine. Your sister doesn't have a claim to it and it's not even the actual name; it's a misspelling of Loraine or the male Loren. Plus, in the mn spot, pretty much anything goes, I say. And it's lovely, as you said!
