I know this has been asked before. Now that R is 2 I'm getting more "just turn her already comments!" Nope. I'm confident to stand my ground when I get them.
DD will be staying rear facing for a while. DH was wanting to turn her, then he did some research while looking for a car seat for ds. After he read about accidents and what can happen, he wants to keep her rear facing forever :-)
DD will be RF until after we leave Manila, driving is too crazy here. She hates being in the car though so I might change her to FF when we get back to the States, she'll be almost 2.5 years then.
I said "yes" but probably not until she totally grows out of RF.

We are still RF at this point, but haven't decided how long we will continue. My plan is at least until 2 1/2 when the next LO arrives and we have to rearrange at that time anyway, and then we'll reconsider. I want to RF for safety, but it's such a struggle to get her in the car seat every time, and the kids I see who are FF seem to just pop right in and go.

we are only rear facing bc we're lazy....we haven't gotten around to changing them yet...it's been too cold lol...but she's running out of leg room rear facing....and the dr said now that she's 2 we can change her when we went to disney, we rented a car and used a car seat, and put her ff....it was only a week...she was fine....granted we didn't do a lot of driving and didn't get into any accidents.... and my sister has her switched to ff (she doesn't keep the seat in her car all the time, only puts it in her car on friday's so it's easy to change between rf and ff)

privacy she just looks so uncomfy....we'll see....we haven't had a chance to turn it yet anyway.... there are times she's in my sister's car with my sister's nephew (her sil's kid) and he's 6mos....i think she likes to look at him since now she's ff in her car they can see each other.... so we'll see when baby #2 comes...if she wants to be rf we'll leave her that way....but tbh i'd much rather turn her around so i can see her better....esp now that she's in her cough so much she vomits phase...the mirror get up thing never stays put so i could never see her face while driving

We're still RF-ing too. My diono can go a long time this way. I keep saying I will re-access every 6 months to see how Jack is doing-mostly because he hated the carseat for his first few months of life. Now he seems so content in it. I don't see us changing him anytime too soon.
We're still rfing and I have no plans on changing it anytime soon. DH likes to fight me on it but I just tell him to do the research. I will fight him tooth and nail on it.
We switched a little before DS turned 2 mostly because he couldn't really fit RF anymore, and the way he screamed bloody murder while I was driving because his foot got caught was enough for me to turn him around a couple months early. Now, DS2 is not nearly as big as his brother was, so he'll probably stay RF longer.

I think its funny there are so many of us on here. I swear I peek every time I see someone loading a toddler Jack's age into the car. They are all FF-ing around me. I may be the only one still doing it in my whole town!!

We are rf as well and will be for awhile.., I have had a couple of comments but I let em roll off. We just had addi's 2 year visit and her doctor asked about it. He said keep her like that as long as possible.,, because one day it will be like trying to get a cat to take a bath lol, we talked more though about comfort and leg room and the doc cleared it all up. This was more for DH because he thinks she's uncomfortable sometimes. He's all on board now.
We switched to FF when she turned 2, because she's so freaking tall! She went from being fine in the car, to literally bracing herself against the door frame when I would try to put her in. She's a million times happier this way.
