I'm 90% sure we are going to change the name for a boy that we had picked out. I am excited. I like the new name we are discussing a lot more, but J is still about 10% on the fence...
I'm finally doing my PP glucose test right now. I'm so over this thing that I brought my own meter to test along with the blood draws so I don't have to wait for results.
I'm a little less excited about the parent participation for the 18 months - 3 years. I think we do some tumbling with them. It might be good for me though!

R starts his next week! I hope she likes it. Let me know how it goes.

Well, she doesn't follow direction well so it was frustrating at times. She liked climbing on everything though! The other two kids were about 2 1/2 so it was a big difference. She didn't understand how to jump on trampoline really either. Or walk on a balance beam, or do a summersault. And halfway through she started saying "bye bye" over and over because she wanted to leave
The teacher did get her to hang from a bar briefly, and she did like the little obstacle courses. I'm hopeful it will go better next week.

The wife and I decided to have a pumpkin carving contest between ourselves and post on facebook to see who the winner is. I won and now she has to clean out my Jeep!!! HEHE.

So, yesterday afternoon I suddenly wanted a milkshake. On my way home, I drove past the grocery store to get the ingredients. Went with 0% milk and by mistake I bought nonfat frozen yogurt. After dinner I whipped up a little milkshake for us to share and it was only ok. Moral of the story....sometimes you have to splurge for the real thing.

These are amazing! I have no artistic ability whatsoever, so I would have ended up with just mush lol
Thank you:) Last year I designed a female police officer pumpkin and that is by far my favorite one I have ever done!
I am currently fighting with my printer. It was a great Black Friday deal 2 years ago, all it does is eat ink and now I can't get it to print anything...
Those are awesome officerofthelaw! We'll be carving ours tomorrow night and I can guarantee that mine won't be anywhere near that creative. J's may be.
We had a great time on our little getaway to Hood River. What an adorable little town! We stayed in a hotel originally built in 1881, it was beautiful.

I am NOT doing good with Weight Watchers. I want to be good and not eat my feelings and boredom, but it's been super hard with Jo gone. She helped keep me in check and without her home, I can do and eat what I want... I really need to have more self control.
I actually want to see about working a part time job in the evenings to keep me busy. But I can't work over Christmas because I should be going to my Mom's, and Jo will be home for 2 weeks in Jan, so I can't be working during those times. And then I would just end up quitting in April when she got home as is too.. I just need to figure out a way to keep myself busy. I can't walk the dog all night long.... lol
dannigirl maybe some kind of work from home or work for yourself thing? Dog sitting/walking or a craft type of thing, that maybe you could sell (if you are into that)? I've also heard of these new adult color books that might keep your hands busy at night. Or even meet up with a friend to walk so that everything is not centered around food?
Hope some of this helps, and that you get to meet your WW goals!

Thank you for the advise, I've heard of those adult colouring books and they sound very appealing to me!
I take the dog for her walk every day after work, it's the time between dinner and bed that really get me. I'm starting my online french course, although it's pure torture... I'm going to do my best to get through it. I really do need upgrade my french profile.
I just really need something to do that will keep my hands busy! lol
