Magnesium for stress, elderberry for immune (not very successful), and lately I've been drinking tart cherry juice before bed to help with sleep and prevent wake ups. Char takes all of same. Magnesium makes a noticeable difference. Since I've been doing the cherry juice (which she HATES), she has gone from bedtime at 8, wake up at 6:30 to bedtime at 8:15, wake up at 7:30. We changed bedtime and added the cherry juice at the same time. I just can't think 15 min would make that big a difference.
And cranberry supplements when I feel a UTI coming on. Also glucosamine and chondroitin because I have no cartilage in one knee. Char doesn't take these.
I probably don't need to take it. But I don't eat a lot of the foods where its found naturally (fish, primarily). But they're also supposed to help with joint pain and my bionic foot can be a bitch sometimes. ... Maybe that's why my hips hurt lately. I keep forgetting to take my vitamins now that I'm on a whacked worked schedule.
I know Larry happened. Please do not try to convince me otherwise. Please don't talk to me about coffee. I don't drink it. I don't caffeine. When I state my opinion, that is me chiming in on a topic. This is not me saying you suck at life if you do or feel differently. If I want to say that, I will. If I want to speak on you, I will.
Life doesn't discriminate between the sinners and the saints, it takes and it takes and it takes. But we keep living anyway, we rise and we fall and we break and we make our mistakes.
I just finished my prenatals so I need to get a new multi. I also take omega 3 and probiotics as recommended by my naturopath. DS also takes probiotic and DD takes a multi vitamin. She has a cold now and knock on wood it's her first one this season. She's been taking the multi since November.
The tart cherry seems to be helping Char. I'm like you in that it is hard to fall back to sleep once I wake, and I haven't noticed an improvement, but it's healthy and full of antioxidants anyway so no harm. We've only been doing it a week or so.

I take a multivitamin, B12 for energy, and Glucosamine Chondroitin because I have no cartlidge in my knee, and show signs of early onset Rheumatoid arthritis. I also take evening primrose oil because it helps with my PCOS, and Endo.
I only do a probiotic and a prenatal (when I remember). I'm thinking of adding in a B Complex supplement to help lengthen my luteal phase as we're ttc but I want to finish weaning first. I used to take fish oil but now I just add chia seeds to basically everything to supplement the omega 3s.
Right now i take my prenatal (using up the rest of the bottle), fish oil, acidophilus (to ward off yeast and promote good bacteria/immune health), cranberry (to ward off Uti), and Epiq Heat (green coffee bean/Garcinia Cambogia extract -its a thermogenic to help promote weight loss). Garcinia Cambogia is also known to help mood stabilization (an added benefit!).
Also, just started DS1 on Flintstones gummy multivitamin.
I take a multi-vitamin and extra vitamin D. I'm not sure that it helps with anything but it makes me feel better about my nutritional needs. The kids get a multi-vitamin with iron cause they tend towards anemia without it.

I take Vit D and Magnesium and Colloidal Sliver when I think I'm getting sick. Sometimes I think they are helping and other times I think that I'm full of shit.
Oh, that is fantastic. This, this is wine. Look at what these idiots are drinking. Look at these dicks! I mean obviously, it's not really delicious, like hot chocolate or Coke, but for wine...brilliant.

I take a bunch to manage PCOS symptoms as recommended by my naturopath. Multi vitamin, fish oil, inositol to manage blood sugar, berndine, some other things
Prior to getting pregnant, I took d- chiro inositol supplements (in addition to others) to manage Pcos symptoms. I really think they made a big difference. I am still pumping, but as soon as I wean, I will definitely be taking them again.
