Search function not working properly

Hi! Not sure if the parameters for the search function have changed recently, but they are not bringing up all the results that they used to. Even searching the 3T/IF boards for very common subjects like "IUI" or "HSG" or "Intro" brings up only one or two results when just the first page of the board has multiple threads with those terms in the subject line. Not sure what changed. Help, please and thank you!
