I think tapatalk has 3 dots at the top or something for opening polls. I used it for a week before going to mobile on chrome.

*steps up to podium to accept trophy* I would like to dedicate this win to all of the kids out there that are forced to wear ridiculous costumes for their parent's amusement. If it wasn't for them, I could have never made it this far. I would also like to thank the idiot parents that thought it was ok to dress their toddler up as a "crack baby." They made all of this possible.
