Come share your quick hunger fixes! Bonus points for links to recipes. I made some Greek yogurt ranch dip and have it stashed in the fridge. I'd like to use it for veggies, but right now I use it on pretzel sticks. It's an extra boost of protein either way. I also use a cereal dispenser to make my own trail mix with nuts and dried cranberries. In the long run its cheaper than the pre made stuff and I can add exactly what I like. It took a lot not to add M&Ms though.
I like these pickled beets called sweet fire that are both spicy and pickley. I usually have a couple of those, an individually wrapped little cheddar cheese and some crackers
There's a brand of yogurt called siggi's that is deliciously thick and tangy and usually have those in the fridge ready
I signed up for something called graze . Com and received one package so far but they deliver weekly and there was a soy crisp cracker with a hot pepper jelly that was delicious and I can't wait for more of those
Usually fruit is my go to. I am pretty sure I ate my weight in grapes last time around. I have also been buying these little single serve hummus cups from the store and pretzels or carrots to go with it.
I'm kind of boring too. Today's snacks include: Cheese and apples Greek yogurt (the Fage kind with crazy mega protein) Pretzels
I try to do smoothies when I'm home--fruit, yogurt, juice. I wonder if there is anyway to make them ahead to bring to work--would an insulated lunch bag keep them frozenish?
My last pregnancy the midwife told me to always aim for carbs and protein for the best nausea relief. My doula also told me that eating alot of carbs is associated with bigger babies, so that scared me into trying to minimize my carbs! (left to my own devices, I'd eat bread and such all day long!)

Haha, I can tell because I have one too and my snacks include a lot of these!
I also like hummus with carrots or pretzels, yougurt, fruit cups, popcorn, trail mix, cashews or pistachios, bananas, grapes. I should probably stop because I'm hungry right now and could go on and on.
