DH told me at 2am as I crawled back in from nursing O that I'd get an extra hour of sleep. I growl/shouted that I don't because I'm a mom. He told me I didn't need to yell at him.

I didn't and probably won't even notice the time change cause I'm up so many times throughout the night helping her fall back to sleep (replacing the freaking pacifier), and every morning is so different for her anyway depending on when or if she had a MOTN bottle. Some nights she makes it until 6 AM before having a bottle then we take a morning nap, last night she had a bottle at 3:30, (which was really 4:30 to her) and then slept til 7:30 (which would have been 8:30).
Its grey and gloomy here today so that helps in not really mattering what time it is. Also, as everyone is well aware from my post, I drank way too much wine last night lol so I would have felt miserable this morning extra hour of sleep or not haha!
It looks like based on this morning that it means my toddler gets up even earlier because the sun comes up earlier. F this! Hopefully he will adjust and go back to his normal wake up.
LO was up around 4 times last night.. But I stopped counting. It could have been more. So I didn't notice the time change having an effect on her.
We've been trying to keep her up a little later each night for the last week to make the transition a little easier but we'll see. She went down at 8:15 last night - Halloween actually helped because she was outside with me handing out candy while her older brother went trick or treating.

We didn't do awful, we were actually up before DD. She got to stay up late for a Halloween party so I think that helped her "sleep in" this morning. No idea what that means for tonight...

We got our longest stretch of sleep out of LO so far, so I'm not complaining. DD1 was still up stupid early, but she plays in her room for quite awhile in the morning before we go downstairs.

Like others, DB went to bed late and slept in "late" today, so I'm hoping he'll be on an okay schedule with the new time. He's napping now and will likely wake up around 4:30, which would put us right on track for a 7/7:30 bedtime, which is average.

OK so I think I was wrong. DB woke up at 4 o'clock and is acting like it's bedtime now. Almost 530. I'm going to try and push them to get at least after 6 o'clock. Sigh.

I will say I was enjoying that it got dark early, LO has a much easier time falling to sleep when it's super dark in her room! Mill probably be kicking myself for that statement when it's getting dark at 4:30 in a few months-__-

We got to 6:20 and he was out in ten minutes. I'm hoping we can edge bedtime later over the next few days, but he's pretty fond of (the old) 7:30. So not looking forward to being up at 6am as a result of this!

Guess we were lucky. C went right along with the time change and kept his schedule to the new time. I'm assuming because he was up later at a bonfire with us Saturday night.
