Wednesday- My ILs are coming for lunch so I'm making broccoli and cheddar soup. We'll probably have chicken salad sandwiches for dinner. First time I'm making this soup so cross your fingers for me!! My soup won't be a nice orange though since they only had a high quality white sharp cheddar (I've actually only ever seen medium cheddar as orange...)
Thursday- pasta with Alfredo sauce (from a jar because #lazy) and sweet Italian sausages
Friday- sundried tomato chicken sausages on hotdog buns, because #klassy
Favorite meal last week was best ever meatloaf! One of our favorites. It really is the best ever.
rablissful Grilled cheese makes my meal plan quite frequently as well. We are all such #grownups But it's so good, how can we resist?!
I always say I'll get fancy ingredients for grown up grilled cheese.... But screw that. Simple American grilled cheese dipped in tomato soup is good enough for me!
Monday: fish (salmon and haddock) roasted with a maple seasonning blend, Green beans and boiled new potatoes Tuesday: pizza night, since we all have chiropractor appointments after work Wednesday: roasted peppers, onions and apple pork sausages. Probably some sort of bread with it. Thursday: breakfast for dinner. Eggs, bacon, toast, cheese, cucumber.

Thanks! It really was great! I added in just a little bit of feta at the end and OMG so good. I'm full from dinner but still ready to eat a second bowl...Lol.
Sunday: We had Maple Dijon Crockpot Chicken Drummies with rice and steamed green beans.
Monday: Spaghetti
Tuesday: Leftovers (because I have a late afternoon hair appt and ain't nobody got time for cooking dinner)
Wednesday: Soup from the freezer, specifically Chicken Enchilada Soup. Which was amazeballs the first time around so I'm excited for this.
Thursday: Pork chops with apples and stuffing (one of my H's fave meals)
Friday: Broccoli Cheese Soup
My fave meal from last week was a toss up between the roast we did in the crockpot and this chicken tortilla bake. Our oven randomly quit working, so meal planning was tough this week. H is calling someone tomorrow. Literally every appliance in our house has been worked on now since we moved in 4 years ago. A week ago Friday the furnace quit. :/

M- steak, white rice, and avocado fajitas T- Taco pasta salad (amazing- see recipe below) W- split breasts w/ brown sugar carrots TR- homemade pizzas (H plain, mine with goat cheese & pesto) F- pasta-roni with frozen shrimp mixed in S- think we're going out with friends
Taco pasta- brown 1 lb ground beef or turkey. Mix in taco seasoning & set aside to cool. Boil one box rotini spirals pasta, drain and rinse with cold water until noodles are cold. In extra large mixing bowl, combine pasta with about 2 cups Catalina salad dressing. You can start with less and add as desired, I use about half a bottle. Add meat and stir together. Top with olives, shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese mix.
We also added a layer of crushed doritos once and it was good but they got soggy quick so it's better to add that right before eating. This makes A LOT- we usually bring it to parties. If it's just you, there will be about 6 tupperwares of leftovers

@sparky85, why cucumber with bacon & eggs? that seems so random lol hurricanerek, totally pinned the spicy chicken pasta, never would have thought to combine marinara with alfredo! ugaqueencity, yup going to need that lemon chicken recipe! rablissful, I LOLed at your #lazy #klassy sounds exactly like me. When people talk about making sauces I'm like "you know that comes in a jar, right?"
I have conferences a few nights this week so yesterday I made a bunch of stuff for burrito bowls/quesadillas and we will pick at it for a few days. I made: Shredded chicken with salsa and taco seasoning Jasmine rice Sauteed onions, peppers, and mushrooms Cuban style black beans Roasted corn
On Wednesday DH is off for Veterans day so he is going to smoke ribs. I made roasted carrots and cheesy spaghetti squash to go with.
spicysalmonroll my family has always had sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese with our bacon and eggs. I have no idea why it started, but it adds a veg serving to an otherwise fairly greasy plate of food.

ugaqueencity, thanks yum!! It's hilarious to me that 90% of the comments are asking about changing it. Can I use breasts? Can I use thighs? Can I leave skin on? Can I cook on low rather than high? Like JC people follow the recipe or figure your own shit out! lol

I made Spaghetti and Meat Sauce last night for dinner but only DD ate it. H's mom sent of Chicken Corn Chowder Soup last night and I was so happy because I wasn't up to Spaghetti.
Monday- leftovers Tuesday- letovers Wednesday- hopefully leftovers Thursday- Crock Pot Chicken Caccitore Friday- I'll have to shop and meal plan because we'll be out of food by then
