If anyone is interested GAP is having a sale of up to 75% off, with a promo code of SUPER for up to another 50% off select merchandise. Promo code good until the 31st. Happy shopping!
So, I browsed around and added stuff to my cart, went thru the checkout process to see what it would be with 50% off and accidentally hit ok not realizing it would go through (I thought there was 1 more confirmation page). Well, they ended up not charging me shipping even though it was under $50! I got a pair of blue jeans, a shirt dress, and a cute long sleeve shirt for $36!!
I've never gone to GAP before so I have no idea how the clothes fit. True to size? Bigger? Smaller? I'm in need of additional full panel maternity jeans and really don't care for Old Navy and am having no luck with Target carrying my size (12 - it's pretty common, right)

GAP and Old Navy are owned by the same company, but I like GAP jeans better. I feel like they run true to size.
This is great - thanks for sharing! I LOVE my shirt dress from there so I got another one, a pair of jeans, pair of cropped pants and two nursing shirts for $60. Nice!!!

Thank you, I'll check it out. I can always return if they don't fit!

bwettstn I am also a 12 and had to go to Tucson to find them. What is the deal? And my Target always has a MILLION size 2s - newsflash, there are not that many skinny girls here!
Gap pants are true to size but are often a weird ratio between hips/legs and waist. This may not be a problem in maternity pants, though, obviously.

True! My regular GAP jeans fit in the waist and are snug on the hips/butt/thighs. I do have a big hips/butt/thighs though, so I'm most likely the problem, lol!
kristhegirl Seriously - what is with Target! Plenty of 0-10 and 14-18 but never any 12s. So then I thought ok I'll just order them online - they have size 0 and 6. I couldn't believe it!
I think I'm going to try them, especially if Target doesn't get any 12s in.

Oh crap, there's some good baby stuff on sale too. Dammit I wish we knew the sex! I think I might just grab some boys and girls stuff and return half when we find out in two weeks. That's not crazy, right?

Well, I have no self control. I managed to avoid buying any more maternity stuff but for baby I got a hoodie, a sweater, a coat, a hat (all gender neutral).... and two dresses. For $50. At regular prices it would have been $175. (But I've definitely cursed myself by buying those dresses. It's pretty much guaranteed to be a boy now.)
So my old navy maternity jeans are big in my regular size. I have lost some weight so far, but I'm sure that's all coming back soon enough. Wonder if I should size down so I can actually wear these?

Nope! Not crazy at all. If you do the slow/free shipping, it will probably just have arrived by the time you find out anyways. BabyGap is my secret addiction and I like having an excuse to go in, even if it is to return stuff :-)
That's exactly what I did! Their stuff is so cute, but so unaffordable at the regular prices. I wouldn't even let myself look at the non-sale stuff just now.

I just placed an order and am so excited for them to come in! I can't afford a lot of new clothes, but 50% off sale items is really really good and I had to jump on the chance. Hopefully DH won't be too surprised when all of this clothes arrives.
I went back & loaded up on baby clothes. I tried to get as much neutral stuff as I could, but I fell in LOVE with 3 dresses, so..yeah. DH laughed when I told him. I guess we'll find out on the 16th if I get to keep the dresses!

Boo, I really wish Gap did maternity clothing in Canada! They have all of the other Gap stuff here, so I'm not sure why they don't do maternity. Glad all of you other mamas are scoring good deals though!
EDIT: Uh....ignore my complaining. I just went to the Gap Canada site and it says New! Maternity!
aaaaand I had to go place another order. I didn't see those the first time. I have a pair of their full panel legging jeans that I bought a few months ago and I LOVE them, but I'd definitely like a demi-panel pair (I usually roll the panel down halfway anyhow.)
I really need to stop shopping. Between my rewards, sales and some gap cash I had I got leggings and a v neck for me, 2 pairs of pants, 2 hats and a onesie for baby girl for $35!
