I'll run/walk for 30 mins on the treadmill and it will say I burned like 240 calories but every app I use including my fit bit is nowhere near that amount. Does having it on the highest incline make a difference?
Also is there a way I can use both the ck5 and Nike app at the same time? One or the other always times out on me.
When I was doing C25K (2011), I was able to use both apps on my iPhone -- but I may have had a different C25K app or maybe they've changed something about the apps.
