I just went grocery shopping this morning.
Tonight- Spaghetti and Sauce
Rest of Week in No Order Hamburger Helper Frozen Pizza (2) Bacon Wrapped Chicken BBQ Chicken Tuna Casserole Hot Dog Pizzadillas Cheeseburger Rice Country Beef and Veggies Mac and Cheese Casserole and leftover... I know there are more meals here than days in the week. They're just my choices.
I just went shopping and had some minor ideas of things!
I just made chili - mmm! Enough to eat throughout the week. Chicken tenderloins...not sure exactly what I will do with these yet but maybe just cook and put on salads. Kale - I've been baking it with sesame oil, sesame seeds and lemon juice. It's so delicious! Partially crispy, partially soft. beef stir-fry -- I bought a frozen beef stir-fry thing but got fresh snap peas, asparagus and mushrooms to add too it.

I haven't even though really about dinners this week. I know I'm having sushi tonight. I should eat at home tomorrow and Tuesday, but H is OOT, and I would rather eat out than cook.
-Maybe Outback tomorrow -Something easy like a Boca Burger on Tuesday -H will be home Wed and Thurs, so I have no idea -maybe dinner with a friend on Friday -if not, then probably eat out again!

We did our big Costco run yesterday. Probably will go to Trader Joe's and Fred Meyer later today.
Tonight: Flatbread pizza (chicken pesto w/ sundried tomatoes and onions)
Rest of the week (no order): Boolkogi beef, sweet potato fries and a salad Broccoli and Cheese soup with shredded chicken Steak, corn on the cob and salad Coconut curry chicken with rice and peas Pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes and salad Something with fish, I haven't decided yet.
These vegan bars really don't hold together well - I ended up forming them into bars and wrapping each bar in wax paper. They aren't hard to make but they are messy to make.

mosdub In general most bars I have made are messy and never look pretty like the photos but they always taste good!
I have no idea when I am making what but here's what I have to make ... - spaghetti squash with sauce and meatballs - three bean vegetarian chili - baked potato soup - lasagna - leftovers from the freezer that need to get eaten!

mosdub I love kale but usually just steam in some olive oil and toss with feta or parm, I'm gonna totally try your way! I'm out of town until Wed...I predict H will eat a lot of pizza. I haven't planned the end of the week...we might eat out a lot...
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!
I shouldn't have entered this thread with a growling stomach. We're supposed to go out for dinner and also groceries. What sounds good for the week so far: -chicken w veggies soup -lasagna w garlic bread -chicken enchiladas w rice and salad -eggs for dinner

if you over-do it it becomes kale chips so be careful! (Even though kale chips are delicious!) Also cut off the stalks because they don't get cooked enough to not be chewy.
Sunday: prime rib roast beef dinner Monday: leftovers from sunday Tuesday: pork chops with spaetzle and green beans Wednesday: my SIL birthday, so whatever my ILs cook. Thursday: beef stew and baguette Friday: roasted chicken breast with potatoes and veg
M- Steaks on the grill with herb rice T- shake n bake chicken thighs with roasted zucchini W- beef stroganoff Th- Pasta w/ Italian sausage & vodka sauce F- home made pizza S- takeout
Living with the ILs has made meal planning difficult. I swear my MIL critiques every grocery item I bring into the house. I have alot of food sensitivities and she doesn't really understand why I can't comingle certain foods.
Anyway, so far meals have been really good this week.
Saturday - Grilled Turkey and Cheese Sandwiches.
Sunday - I had roasted chicken breast with potatoes and carrots. H and ILs had corned beef, cabbage, carrots and potatoes.
Monday - Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jumbalaya over white rice.
We're going to Olive Garden with MIL at some point this week because she is dying to go and FIL won't.
Our meal plan went off course a little last week after a) my H consumed more leftovers for lunches than I planned and b) my parents came into town early on Friday and suggested going out to eat SO, 2 meals from last week got pushed into this week.
Sunday-Broccoli Cheese Soup Monday-Skillet Pork Chops w/ Apples Tuesday-Vegetable Beef Bowtie Pasta Wednesday-Leftovers Thursday-White Chicken Chili Friday-Leftovers (DS and I out of town for the night so H on his own) Saturday-Skinny Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Meal planning continues to be limited by our oven that decided to quit working 2 or so weeks ago. So stovetop and crockpot meals it is.

Recommendations, please! I bought some pre-cut butternut squash the other day and I need to use it up tonight or its going to start to get squishy.
I usually just toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Does anyone have a more creative go-to?

judyblume14, I only make squash one way. Cut in cubes & boil it until soft. Whip like you would mashed potatoes- mixing in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg.
