Spotting and a bicornuate uterus : \

Hi ladies,
I have not posted yet, I usually just lurk so I hope you will have me. I have already had almost daily spotting with this pregnancy (I am just over six weeks) and today it is even more frequent so I am really freaking out. I went in for a ultrasound last Tuesday because of the spotting and found out I have a bicornuate (heart shaped) uterus which is making me even more anxious. At the time of the US they could see a gestational sack and a yolk sack but no fetal pole yet so they told me to come back tomorrow to follow up. I did not call about the increased spotting today because my appointment is at 8 am tomorrow but I am so anxious. I guess I am just posting here to vent my anxiety and maybe see if anyone else has experience with a bicornuate uterus? I have a 14 month old DD but was never told during my pregnancy with her about this abnormality even though it was noted on ultrasounds...Thank you all for listening to my ramblings
