hi all 
I told myself I wouldn't join until after our first ultrasound, but here I am. I'm so excited but also having a hard time believing this is actually happening, or that I'll get a THB out of this. Our due date is July 27.
My DH and I have a daughter who was born in May '12. She was a surprise. I had no idea how easy I had it.
This one took 20 months, involved a 2IF diagnosis, a few IUIs, a decision not to do IVF, and a terrible experience with an RE who was more like a high pressure paid-on-commission IVF salesperson than a physician. I've spent the last few months crying a lot of tears and trying to accept the idea of being one and done not by choice. I never completely gave up hope but I'm honestly shocked to be here. I feel like a scared newb again and with as long as it took for this to happen, am terrified of it not working out.
Our first ultrasound was supposed to be Tuesday (only 5w6d because I am high risk for ectopic) but luck would have it that the appointment is during the only 30 min all week that our babysitter can't watch our daughter, so I have to figure that out tomorrow.
I really loved participating in my BMB the first time around and am looking forward to hopefully sticking around with all of you for the long haul
