I am trying to stay off the scale - I tend to get too obsessive about it. So I vowed to not weigh again until March 15. But my clothes are fitting better
I'm the same way. I've been trying to only weigh in on official days which is hard as hell.
I'm following the Bikini Body Mommy 90 day challenge and haven't missed a day. My clothes are fitting better but honestly my diet hasn't been awesome. I'm working on it, I really am. Loads of protein, healthy fats, veggies, limited sugar. And then my husband brings home Ben & Jerry's after I've been on my feet all freaking day and I couldn't say no and UGH.

Great job, everyone!
I started the week really strong, but today was a bad day. I didn't even exercise. I did paleo 100% until today (no alcohol) and have been doing sworkit and stairs at work. I am quite sure I haven't lost anything but am going to try not to get too discouraged. I'll weigh myself tomorrow. And need to up my exercise.
I'm not really counting calories or watching the scale but I've managed to get my ass on the treadmill everyday this week and most of last week. I'm pretty bad at running but I feel my stamina is getting a lot better. I really want to run longer and my personal goal is to run a mile straight. Not there yet.
