I've seen a few others comment about wearing their littles and I love to wear my little guy!
Has anyone worn throughout a pregnancy? This (2nd) baby is the first I wore and since he's still a baby I am not ready to give up wearing him while I'm pregnant. I'm trying to learn some back carries with a chest belt to avoid the waist buckles on our ergo. Does anyone else wrap? Tips or favorite carries?
We have an infantino Mai tei that I got from once upon a child that we are still learning to use, a moby wrap that we used a lot when he was an itty bitty, a little frog woven wrap, a couple of ring slings, and our ergo probably gets the most love.
Which carriers have you tried? Which do you like and which did you hate and why?

Totally forgot the other reason I stared this post!
Face palm.
I am super pumped (but have no one irl to AW to) that I scored a brand new with tags babywearing jacket on my local swap and shop page for $30. Hubby lucked out on an easy Xmas gift for me.
I still wear DD (2.5) in an ergo regularly. I doubt I'll be carrying her much past March (gotta walk at somepoint), but I'll probably just loop it under the belly I have at that point.

I used a moby a bit with dd, but haven't in awhile. I'm planning on wearing this baby more since I'll also be running after a toddler. I'll have my eye on this thread for recs!
Ooo, following! I have a Girasol, but I have only ever attempted the wrap front cross carry (I am such a newb). I have been wanting to attempt some back carries, but I'm kind of intimidated by it!
I do have a Beco Gemini, but to be honest I just don't like it. I think it's more to do with my body size/shape though--I am extremely petite, and the top part of the carrier comes up really high on me. I had to fold down the head flap when DD was still a newborn (and obviously make sure her head was supported otherwise) just to wear the damn thing--it basically came up to my chin, and I felt like I needed to strain to get my head clear of it. Which stinks, because it's a great carrier otherwise.

Oh, I didn't even think of that! (I'm 5'8" so...nothing is ever too big for me )
ETA: A few petite ladies I know in a babywearing FB group really like the Lillebaby, but I haven't ever seen one in the wild.
I think I would really like a Lillebaby. The Tula looks like it would be a good fit for a petite frame, but I am one of those people who hate "band-wagon-y" stuff, if that makes sense? As in I don't want one because they are so hyped up and popular!
ETA: Except I DO want one because I really just like the way they look. Ah the internal conflict lol.
Heya! I'm a wrapper (and I'll admit that one of the things I'm excited about for this pregnancy is the chance to buy more wraps. I miiiight have a problem). We also have a Beco Soleil that my husband uses sometimes, and I used a moby and an Ergo when DD was smaller (though I think the crossed straps of the Beco are MUCH more comfy than the Ergo for me. Any friends that don't know where to start but want a carrier, I often recommend the Gemini - I think that one is really great).
For a back carry that won't get in the way of a bump, definitely try a ruck tied Tibetan - I find it super comfy, and carry my 29-lb 2.5year old that way a lot. The tie-off in the front make it feel more secure on my shoulders, and distributes the weight more onto my torso than shoulders, which makes it more comfy for me. If you have a shorter wrap, Half Jordan's Back Carry is also really comfy, but it takes me longer to tie it.
I do back carry in my ring sling if we're out and DD gets tired walking, but TBH, I think it's better to do that with only an older kid who knows better than to try to wiggle out (it's only a single pass, so it is possible for them to slide down if they pop their seat). (But man, it's hard to beat a ring sling that fits in your purse!)
I have been building my little stash one piece at a time because I just have to try them all right?! I have my eye on the didy Indio aurora for this baby--not that I've been thinking about it at all haha I understand your problem--because it looks just like the sunset on our little farm annnnnnd we may or may not be seriously considering the name Aurora for the LO should it be a girl.
I told hubby the other night I needed to start practicing wrapping more, I can do most carries I have tried with instruction because I understand the theory behind wrapping and rails and tightening, but it takes me a long time to get it right. Half Jordan's is the first on my list to master because I have a seriously busy, seat popping 7 month old.
All of our hospital/dr office visits with my husbands injury have been most successful using our ergo because it goes on so fast click click click but the waist band is so uncomfortable. If I had all of the moneys I would totally get a wrap conversion ssc like a Lenny lamb or something soft and easy.

LOL, I totally understand, because I also want a Tula, even though I haven't used anything but a wrap/sling in over a year!
+1 for hate myself for so badly wanting to try a Tula to see what the fuss is about but too poor to ever..
