So I never really lost all of the weight I gained when I stopped breastfeeding, back in July of this year. Most of it was in the belly, honestly, and I've been rocking that "is she or isn't she/three months pregnant" look ever since, although it did get a bit better in August/September when I was exercising a lot. Now the bloat is OUT OF CONTROL, and it definitely wasn't this bad when I was this early with my son. No food aversions have kicked in yet, which I definitely had the first time around, so I'm still able to eat relatively healthy (just polished off a salad with grilled chicken.) Is anyone else experiencing this? 

Also I am hoping someone can recommend a good Youtube channel or something similar with good pregnancy workouts.

oh goodness yes. Several of us were discussing this this weekend. I have already been feeling weird about my body image bc I went from running half marathons to being benched with an injury in early November. So I already felt "fluffy." And this baby is bringin' the bloat hardcore. I wake up in the morning with a flat stomach and by midday I look 20 weeks pregnant.

I completely feel your pain. I'm only barely pregnant and my stomach is larger than it's ever been. I'm dreading the holidays when my hyper-weight-critical mom will be staying with us. She's a size zero and routinely complains about how much "flab" she has. I can only imagine what she'll think about me.

I don't know of any YouTube channels, but I am planning on ordering this video, it's got great reviews: Prenatal Barre workout

What is this "flat stomach" you speak of??? I honestly haven't had one of those since January of 2012, but I have been extra fluffy since my hormones went wacky once my son decided he was done with my boobs. I am really glad I am not the only one feeling this way

As I said earlier, THE BLOAT IS REAL. I may have already considered checking out some maternity pants at, like, a Ross or something because my pants are gonna bust sooner rather than later.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm probably going to do the pregnancy yoga on DailyBurn. It's a <$15/month subscription and you get unlimited access to their videos, so I figure, might as well.

I have heard good things about the prenatal workouts on Fitness Blender, I am planning to check those out once I am cleared to work out again. I also found prenatal yoga to be relaxing and help with tightness in my hips as my pregnancy progressed with DS2

My abs separated with DD2 (maybe even DD1), so there is nothing holding in that bloat. The rest of me is pretty fit in an "I lift a not-yet-walking-toddler-all-day" way. I want to live in swing dresses and leggings.

My diastasis rectified workouts (MuTu System) are pregnancy OK. I need to get back to them.

I hate being super petite. Maternity maxi dresses are about 10x too long and I can never figure out what maxi dress styles would look good anyway. I'm so jealous of those of you who can effortlessly pull them off.

I feel you...I was training and ran a half in mid October. Since then, I haven't been very active...I was already pretty tired because my thyroid levels were off during a test in October then they normalized in November and now we are here. I couldn't really run during my first pregnancy because the weight on my uterus made me feel like I needed to pee every two minutes...I swam a lot, but I don't know if I'll have that opportunity this time around, I'm definitely feeling fluffy already. Let's blame it on the holidays?

I liked the Hilaria Baldwin prenatal yoga DVD last time around. I saw that Crunch has a prenatal yoga DVD too...I was a big fan of Crunch workouts when we lived near one so that may be a fun one.

Yes! Dress + leggings + cardigan + boots. It's no more difficult than jeans and a tee, and (at least in my circles), everyone will comment on how dressed up you are. Meanwhile, hooray for Lycra and coverage!

Y'know...I was thinking about asking my OB about this when I go in next month. I noticed a few months back that one side of my stomach sticks out more than the other now, post-baby - is that something that can happen with ab separation?

I am 6 weeks and soooo ready to bust out my maternity pants. I had gained a little weight recently so I don't have a lot of extra room in my pants, but they are so uncomfortable. I have to unbutton them in the car and I change into soft pants the second I get home (they are in the mud room so I change on my way in). My bloat is out of control.

I lost 12.5 lbs in July doing a whole 30, then gained 25 lbs from doing a FET in August, then a mock cycle In September/October, then my successful FET in November. I've been on prednisone since the end of July. I've also gained 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks, between that and the progesterone bloat, I look 6 months pregnant. Thank goodness I bought some stretch jeans with an elastic waistband. They are amazing and the only pants that fit comfortably right now.

Yep! H & I took a shower together a few days ago and he pointed at my belly and said "that's not like... baby... already, is it?" I was like uuum not at all, just fun bloating. Definitely feel like I could pass for 4 months. I'm so glad I'm not a celebrity- I can't imagine having my picture taken and all over the tabloids being like "bump sighting?!".

I love ON maxi dresses! I'm pretty short and the petite maxis fit like a glove. I lived in mine this summer!

I'm hoping to get as much time out of my work cloths as possible, I'm a lawyer and having to buy new maternity suits for Court makes my wallet shake with fear.

That's one of the best things about being a SAHM: I don't really need much of a maternity wardrobe. My dresses and leggings that i wear now will carry me for a while, and then I only need a handful of maternity dresses.

Well, that sounded dumb. Obviously clothing is not one of the BEST things about SAH. The best thing is wearing soft pants any time I want.
