Goal: Short/long term: Why is it important? How will I accomplish it?
Last week I set a goal to not have any panic attacks during Christmas and I did well. There were a few moments when I felt myself getting tense but I took a few deep breaths and refocused my mind.
Goal: Reach out to a new therapist Short/long term: Long Why is it important? i need to get back into therapy now that the holidays are over and DS is here. How will I accomplish it? Set aside some time every day this week to research new therapists and make some phone calls.
Goal: Make list of positive affirmations Short/long term: short Why is it important? My poor body image and self confidence in general are preventing me from sticking to a healthy meal plan. How will I accomplish it? Get up early one day this week and write every down when I have some peace and quiet.
