I've been sleeping pretty much all day so I have to go back a read today's randoms but I just needed to ask-- I know I'm supposed to be tired, but I don't remember ever being THIS tired with my last two. Like my body hurts and breathing is hard TIRED. can't keep my eyes open, almost fell asleep while driving in the middle of the day.

Is this normal exhaustion?
If you're concerned, definitely call your doctor. They'd have a better idea of whether or not this is normal exhaustion. Hope you feel more like yourself soon!

I think I just tore my ab muscle. I had two spots that never healed after ds1 and made worse with ds2. I stood up and save a super sharp abdominal pain but muscular not internal. It hurts but not agonizing. The Nausia is still my limiting factor. Anyone have advice for the abs? Should I be worried?

I have adhesions from my c sections that feel like a tearing pain. It gets worse for me during pregnancy.
I was hoping you would say some magic cure instead of it will get worse!

Could you be anaemic? I know that's part of my problem, and the prenatals do help

Ok these hormones are outta control. I went and ran some errands because dd was refusing her nap, so I figured I would be productive then. Mailing off 4 small packets, filling the gas tank, and a grocery run that used up my entire Xmas gift card plus the exact amount of cash in my wallet, and I feel like ugly crying because I feel like I overspent. That cash was a gift from a friend and I was trying to save it to use when SO and I finally get to go out for a make up date night to celebrate my birthday. I feel like I wasted it instead, even though we need groceries.
And now dd is asleep on me and I gotta get the cold stuff put away!
Some random guy just broke our mailbox. I assume his car slid on the ice and ran right into it. It's just odd because our box isn't exactly in a place that would typically be hit. Anyways, my H thinks it is just hilarious and my kids are jumping at the excitement right before bedtime.

Another one who can attest to adhesion pain--I had three abdominal surgeries before I had DD (and then had a c/s with her--my abdomen looks like a F-ing battlefield). I would wake up from a dead sleep in so much pain from the adhesions being stretched. It sucks.

This is how I feel too. DD wakes up at 7 and I have family take care of her so I can sleep until 9 and then I nap while she naps from 11-1 and I am still exhausted. Thank goodness for family who can watch her for now...I don't remember being THIS tired last time around.

Bloodwork is back. HCG is 2569 which is great. Doubling time of 41 hours. Progesterone is 19.5 so it dropped almost 10. This is not great. This happened last time when my HCG was still rising but my progesterone was dropping. I'm not feeling very confident that this will be our rainbow.
Did you O on Dec. 3rd? If so this number is very very high! Sorry about your Progesterone. Are you on injects?

December 10th I think, maybe the 9th. My HCG is definitely high and looking good. However, progesterone was the only potential issue they found with my last loss, my HCG levels while lower than this were doubling appropriately and within the right range until 6 weeks.
Right! I was remembering my IUI date wrong haha It was the 10th.

Finally out of the ER! We got to spend 6 hours and all of our time we budgeted to do errands like grocery shop at the hospital. Whoo! And the running around isn't even over! We have to pick my parents and siblings up from the airport, cause they're arriving home from the vacation we missed.
Tomorrow will be MTX dose 3 because we, of course, got one at the ER, and it nosed up a tiny bit, so we're definitely looking at that happening. So tomorrow's gonna be busy, too. Ugh. I need another week of vacation after this one.
EDIT: A beta. We got a beta that nosed up at the ER. We didn't not get MTX at the ER, though that was close, too.
