Will you be staying up until Midnight?

Reading through the NYE post and I am wondering how many people are planning on staying up to ring in the new year.

I am firmly in the probably not camp, I don't see it happening, but stranger things have happened.

Only if I get distracted doing other things and lose track of the time. It won't be on purpose.

I'm not going to put any special effort into staying up, but Jude has been waking up right around that time lately, so I'll probably be awake(ish).

I'm usually up around midnight anyway, so I should still be up this year. Bonus: I don't have to wake up at 5am tomorrow to wake DH up for work!

Because its NYE.. nah. Because even if I layed down at 8PM Id still be awake at midnight.. yep. Fecking insomnia! I'll probs have a few drinks tonight though, so hell maybe I actually WILL fall asleep lol

Thanks! At this point it just is whatever it is.. breathe in breathe out, day in day out.  SO is debating going to a bar/bowling alley with his sister and her family, or having them all over here, and I'm here with LO and this headache like UUGGHHHH NO THANKS!  2 beers and a bed please!

We'll be up, but home by that time, quietly ringing in the new year with my parents who are going to stick around for midnight. We're wild and crazy this year too

We'll make up for it next year since we'll be in Hawaii with my family eek!

Just a normal day for us. DH doesn't get home till 11pm during the work week so we are usually up at midnight so we can actually see each other for the day. But considering neither of us got more than 2 hrs sleep yesterday, it may mean a movie nap time in between.

I have two bottles of champagne received as gifts from my bday last night..we'll see where that takes us. Not sure if I'm staying up or not.

I'm pretty much always up past midnight. I used to work 3rd shift. I will probably be up at midnight west coast time too, partying with TCF and probably wine coolers...

I might make it. Owen is just going to bed so I may stay up and hang out with DH. He said he was planning to drink rum and play games online alone since he figured I would be asleep.

Still awake at (almost) 11pm...J woke up screaming an hour ago. I got him back down after 30 minutes, so H and I decided to watch another episode of Broadchurch and drink champagne.
Aaaaand now he's fussing again. I'm trying to train H not to run in and pick him up immediately. I don't know if he can tell the difference between actually awake/upset and dreaming/adjusting. Stay asleep baby! I still have half a bottle of champagne!
