I really like the idea of this check-in but I got exhausted just reading 20 min a day/5 days a wk lol! Perhaps maybe at the start of second tri when our energy levels hopefully pick back up? I know that starting this week, I wanted to try and walk at least for 30 min, but my foot injury is still slightly sidelining me
I have 3 sessions left with my personal trainer. They are getting harder and harder each time, so I am worried I won't keep going to the gym once I'm done.
YES. I haven't moved in like a month and I really need to. My goal is to start walking a mile at least every other day. I would love to be held accountable!
Sigh, I was so good last pregnancy with swimming several times a week. It's so much harder when DD is around and the days she is at daycare are the days the gym has aqua aerobics class instead of open swim....I may have to join the older crowd for that class. I'm at least using my fitbit to try to walk *a little* more. I will think about staying accountable., but no guarantees...
Seeing more interest is starting to motivate me more now. It's so crazy that I used to do 10 mile runs, run/walks and 100 push-ups weekly prior to getting KU'd...now I just feel so exhausted. I'll definitely try to join whenever I get some energy back.
I'm interested I had been doing yoga very regularly prior to getting pregnant, but feel so bad I haven't done any in the past few weeks. I'm doing a steps challenge with my other BMB so hopefully I can make myself move more.

In! I'm not doing what I used to but at least had been doing something which is Zumba 2 times a week really easy & some walking. This cold for the past 6 days has knocked me down though and I've done nothing
I'm interested. I need to do something. I basically stopped working out as soon as I got my BFP. Sad, I know. I've been meaning to start Piyo or something light.
