R/R/CS: finally something is happening. Another day of positive opk's no spike yet. Yesturday my ovary was cramping bad all day, couldn't have sex because of it. Today it's better. Dull ache on the other side. Will be getting it on tonight for sure. Please let this be it.
GTKY: What's your go to breakfast during the week? ( I need some ideas to change things up) Toast and an egg.

GTKY: What's your go to breakfast during the week? I typically just bring a bagel to work with me and toast it here. I keep some cream cheese in the fridge. Carb city over here!

R/R/CS: I had a crazy amount of EWCM yesterday! (I love that I can talk about this stuff now) It has never appeared this early before. So after all this talk of I know my body (been charting for a year) it decides to switch it up on me! Negative OPK so I still have time... Birthday sex tonight! (Yes, that was a shameless plug for my bday)
GTKY: What's your go to breakfast during the week? Usually oatmeal. Either the Quaker instant at my desk or if I'm more prepared I do the overnight oats. This recipe works well for me: 1/4 C oats 1/2 C milk (I use 1%) 1/2 of a smashed ripe banana (Easy to make 2 at 1 time) 1 pkt Truvia (or sweetener of your choice) 2 shakes of cinnamon 1/4 C fruit (I use frozen bc easy: blueberries, raspberries, peaches, cherries) Mix in a container and refrigerate overnight
R/R/CS: My temp was up this morning. Post-O range up and taken at the "normal" time. I'm still noting some fertile CM though so I'm wondering if my temps are still being affected by me being sick. I'm not febrile at all though (and haven't been). Has anyone found that their temps run high when sick, even if you don't have a fever?
GTKY: Gah, lately, a protein bar because it's quick and easy and then I follow up with a mid-morning Greek yogurt. My *usual* go to is a slice of whole wheat toast topped with a slice of extra sharp cheddar cheese, and a fried egg white. Mmm. I've also been known to do peanut butter on an English Muffin. ETA: Happy birthday cookswithwine9!!! Mine's Friday
britta - I had congestion and a cold in my TWW last cycle and noticed that a few of my temps were ~.1 higher than they normally would be for post-O. I didn't have a fever, but temps were still very slightly elevated.
R/R/CS: My temp was up this morning. Post-O range up and taken at the "normal" time. I'm still noting some fertile CM though so I'm wondering if my temps are still being affected by me being sick. R/R/CS: Temping Noob Question: Our room got really cold last night and my temp was way lower this morning. Should I disregard this temp or just keep it and continue temping BAU? I googled and got conflicting answers.
GTKY: What's your go to breakfast during the week? ( I need some ideas to change things up) This week I am doing ThinkThin protein bars. I also really like a slice of whole wheat toast (toasted) and a half of avocado mashed on top with some sea salt and red pepper flakes. It's delish but more time consuming than just grabbing a protein bar.

R/R/CS: I planned to start EOD last night but I ended up falling asleep on the couch at 8 so that didn't happen. My temps have been a little wacky this cycle. I'm not sure what's going on there.

I was eating the Quaker fruit 'n cream instant oatmeal packets but now that I started back on WW, I'm just having a hard-boiled egg and some Yoplait Greek yogurt.
R/R/CS: last cycle ended in a CP, I started spotting yesterday and bleeding during the night. This is second CP in a row so obviously I am feeling down today. Board etiquette question: I posted in the Sunday TWW that I had a faint + and would be getting blood work done yesterday. Should I post back in that thread that it was CP or just move on and if anyone cares they can figure it out by chart stalking? I don't want to be a AW or bump a thread for a weird reason.

I wouldnt discard it for that. Maybe just make a note for yourself as reference in the notes and see how your temps look in a few days.

RRCS: My arms are still sore from my workout a couple days ago lol I'm fairly certain they would be worse if it wasn't for the crazy amount of cleaning I've been doing at home. Luckily, my jelly legs from last night are fine today.
GTKY: I tend to miss breakfast. Honestly, unless it's Chick-fil-a or one of a few burrito places, I don't really like breakfast.

I'm so so sorry lavinia. I think it's your preference where and how you share your news. You could post in today's TWW that you're onto CD1 after a CP. Most of us stalk both WTO and TWW regardless of which one we're in, so I'm sure people will see it either way. Many hugs for you, girl.

GTKY: What's your go to breakfast during the week? ( I need some ideas to change things up) I'm the worst at eating breakfast during the week. I get up at 4:30am and am at work at 6:30am, I'm not even remotely hungry at that time. I think next week I'm going to make some Whole30 compliant egg muffins. I see a lot of recipes for them and they look and easy enough to make. Then I can just grab one or two on my way out the door.
R/R/CS: I'm benched this cycle-just got the confirmation my HCG was back to 0. I figured it would be with such an early CP. Got a + OPK this morning. I will definitely listen to my doc's recommendation to wait a cycle but it's so hard to skip a chance.

R/R/CS: I don't know what's going on with my body. This is my longest cycle in a while and still no o according to FF. it's only my 3rd cycle temping, and the other 2 were fine.

R/R/CS: positive opks on Sunday and yesterday. Along with very strong cramping/abdominal pain last night, I'm hopeful for a temp spike soon. This long cycle is making me crazy!
GTKY: What's your go to breakfast during the week? ( I need some ideas to change things up) I normally make "fruit crisp oatmeal". I take about a third of a cup of canned (drained) or frozen fruit and microwave it until soft. I then add a dash of cinnamon and a pkg of quaker regular instant oatmeal (unsweetened) and about a half cup of boiling water. I then nuke it for another minute or so for all of the water to be absorbed. A small sprinkle of raw sugar makes it perfect!

I tend to get post-O type temps if I'm sick in WTO. ellabee, that's when you want the remote starter to work! Ugh. pivot, def keep the temp. You'll still see a pattern even with a few wonky temps. I do the avocado toast too, except with a squeeze of lime. It's so good! I don't eat it for breakfast though. lavinia, hugs. I'm sorry about the CP. I'd post however you feel comfortable with posting. You can post on today's TWW instead of reviving the old thread too. Are you going to see a doctor about the 2 CPs?

R/R/CS: I'm hoping for an early O this cycle.
GTKY: Coffee and toast with cheese or jam. This morning I had walnut raisin sourdough with cream cheese. Once I start my job, I am thinking of having coffee while getting ready and taking a smoothie with me to save time. BTW I love my new blender. Today's smoothie was strawberries, vanilla yogurt, milk, oatmeal and almonds. Yum.
