Someone come shred my chicken for me. It's my least favorite thing to do when cooking.
Do you have a mixer? I used to make MH shred it because I hate doing it too. But, you can just throw it in your mixer and get the most perfect shredded chicken ever with zero effort! I sound like an infomercial, but its great.

So that actually works? What kind of mixing and what attachment?
Works like a dream! When I need shredded chicken I just boil breasts in chicken stock until they're cooked through, and throw them in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Let them cool just slightly and do maybe two at a time. Perfectly shredded chicken every time.

What she said! Sometimes I bake them, but you can cook them any which way and it works amazingly!

bunnyfungo, you can also use the hand mixer, I don't have a stand mixer so I just use the hand mixer. It works for rotisserie chicken, and also I do chicken in the slow cooker for the buffalo chic dip because it gets super tender!

LOLing that there is a website called cookingwithcum dot com.
Gem of a quote... I recently learned that the name Mojito comes from the Spanish word mojadito, which translates as “a little wet.” This coincidently also applies to many situations involving semen. This is my take on the classic drink!

"Using a milk frother, gradually whisk small amounts of powdered sugar into melted semen until it reaches a creamy airy consistency. Taste frequently to achieve the perfect sweet and salty balance."

Too late. I did it by hand lol. I usually do shredded chicken in the slow cooker too but I didn't have enough time because I decided last second to copy you guys. So I just poached it instead.
