This thread made me realize I don't have many nice things for "me".
Time to treat yo self! Even a cheap lip gloss or the Nessie ladle can brighten my day.
I try to buy structured high-waisted leggings. Not just regular elastic waist flimsy ones. I buy a lot of my clothes at Maurices and they carry "dress" leggings (regular & plus size) and I have several pairs. I love them.
Re: leggings, I second ugaqueencity that Ann Taylor has some good ones for those of us who are curvy. I also have a pair of Calvin Klein ones I got at Macy's that are really substantial and hold me in. They have a wide waistband and feel almost spanx-like. The fabric feels almost as substantial as some of my jeans...but with a nice, suck me in waist line! I actually also lucked out and found a pair at Target that were more substantial...they aren't as nice as the others, but they're actually my favorite for comfort (I wear them all with a really big sweater or long tunic to make sure the booty is covered adequately).

This sounds divine. My nails be crusty today. Ugh.
My mom got this insane bath tub rack that has a wine glass holder and a book stand and if I had money to upgrade our horrible tub, I'd want that stat.
Ohh butlerfan , teach me how to bath. Do I need gel? Salts? Bombs? Bubbles? All of the above?
All of the things. I have some bath gel from bath and body works when they had a semi annual sale-got them for $3 vs. the normal $12. I think this years is still going on.

"Nice" leggings. We all agree that nice leggings with a longer tunic top counts as pants, right?
The key for me is that they be fully opaque, relatively thick/substantial fabric. Bonus points for sucking me in.
Parenting had mentioned the Hue ones. I love their tights, so I might give the leggings a whirl.
I really like Ann Taylor's Ponte Leggings, they're really thick and more tailored than most leggings so they look more finished. Andplusalso, they're 50% off right now

So I'm super cheap most of this stuff is out of my cheapskate price range, but I did think of one thing that I bought recently that was kind of a splurge and it's actually really nice... THIS beautiful throw blanket from Pottery Barn. It was originally $79 and it's on clearance now for $20. (maybe even less if you find a good coupon code!) It's a nice heavy blanket and very warm. And it's a steal at this sale price.

ceejay I looooove blankets. I might need that one in my life! Concealer searchers: I like maybelline instant age rewind dark circle eraser. It works on blemishes, too. I got it when I forgot concealer traveling once and looked really tired and had an annoying pimple...it did miracles for both...and cheap! For higher end ($$), Nars has a good one and I found a Lancôme one, waterproof corrective or something like that. It does amazing things for my heavy under eye bags and darkness!

I have the autoseal. You have to press a button to open the mouth piece while you drink which was weird at first but totally used to it now. I can shake it up once I put creamer in and it doesn't spill at all. Seriously the best.
I use the Contigo for cold drinks! I love them, they will keep ice for 12+ hours
