We took the kids to the playground, which was fun, but DS2 fell and busted his chin open. So that was dramatic. Luckily we were able to avoid an ER trip. Now I'm going to hide in my bed, try not to puke, and watch Behind the Candelabra

Omigosh - I hope he's ok! (And I loved Behind the Candelabra!)
I've gotten sick 3 times today and I still don't feel less nauseous. I'm not sure if I should go to the bach dinner tonight or not. I would really like to go out and feel normal for at least a little bit, but I don't want to get sick in a restaurant bathroom :-X
Could you maybe just go to lunch or dinner with the bride some other time, when you're feeling better? Spending the evening in the bathroom sounds like no fun, I'm sorry you don't feel week and have to make this kind of decision today. :(

DH took DD outiside to play, told him I was going to take a shower to see if it would make me feel better(didn't help, and my lotion that I love STINKS) . They have been outside for over 30 minutes!!! He has never taken her for this long! I guess he feels guilty for me feeling so bad.
I've been having a lot of times per day where my heart feels like it's beating hard/palpitations. Is this happening to anyone else? I forgot to mention it at my appointment yesterday.
Yup, happens to me too. And I get out of breath. I think it's normal but it's really frustrating because I don't know how to get back in to exercising when pretty much any activity gives me palpitations...
It is starting to get uncomfortable when I sleep and it is irritating me. DH yelled at me for moving to much last night. I replied "suck it up buttercup" and now we are just pissed off at each other for no good reason. I need alcohol

:( I'm sorry you and YH are miffed at each other. I hope it resolves soon.

I'm sorry :/ Do you have a pregnancy pillow?
Not to thread-jack, but for our STM (and more) moms out there, which pregnancy pillow do you recommend and when did you bust it out?
DH thought he'd fix the kitchen faucet for the 4th or 5th time today and managed to flood the kitchen. It only stopped because I yelled at him to turn off the water to the house.
Why don't we get a new faucet? You know because this faucet has a 'lifetime warranty'.

I'll share the UO on pregnancy pillows in that I never liked them. I just took a bunch or regular pillows and used them...one between my legs/knees, one wedged under my belly for support when I was farther along, etc.

I am petite and I just put a regular pillow knees to ankles (supporting both knees and ankles is key). That plus a stuffed animal to snuggle (FFSC) are all I need.
Historically I have had easy third tris though. I feel I earn it in first.
My younger sister moved away in November to live with her boyfriend a few states away. We still talk, but not as much. I feel like she's a completely different person... Like a chameleon blending in with his life. She's making leg of lamb tonight because he wanted it and she said it's all raw and turning out like a disaster. It's just so not her. Weird!

I gave it a friend to use and she used it in labor. I told her to keep it. I need to get another one

The only thing I don't like about this approach is I turn from side to side a lot. By the time I get comfortable I have to pee! Usually by end of 3rd tri I'm on the couch full time.

I had a small wedge pillow for under my bump (I think it was boppy brand). I also had a long body pillow that I hugged and sometimes put under or between my legs. I wish I had bought a larger, dedicated pregnancy pillow the first time, I feel silly buying one now because we are likely done after two kids.
I am a stomach sleeper. I used the wedge early on to help keep my on my side, when sleeping on my belly made me have to pee all night long. Then once farther along, it helped support the belly. I was so excited to sleep on my stomach again after ds was born!

My half sister is like this. And married him. We were BFFs but now it's kinda awkward because, well, he just kinda sucks and she emulates his suckiness.

I found my energy again!!!!!! I'm still nauseous and feeling disgustingly bloated but I got a flood of my normal self back this afternoon. I was starting to fear I had just become a lazy bum. Hope this lasts!

I snuggle a blanket. I'm basically a bigger version of my toddler when I sleep.

I'm a FTM but DH got me a Snoogle for Christmas and I've been sleeping with it every night since - it's so comfy. But I typically fall asleep on my side hugging a little pillow (or spooning DH), so it totally works with my regular sleep style. Also, I get up before DH and after I get out of bed he totally steals the Snoogle!
